Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room size was great for the family. We appreciated the nice bathroom. Kids enjoyed the pool even though the pool are is small but the sitting area around it is nice. Staff was very professional.

Cons:

I found that the location was tricky and not very attractive. We had to use the car and we went to Acireale where we enjoyed our walk.

Un’esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo volentieri
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Lachea per una sola notte e l’unico vero rammarico è stato non poterci fermare più a lungo. La posizione è splendida, con una vista mozzafiato sui Faraglioni e sul mare di Aci Trezza, che rende il soggiorno davvero speciale.

Il personale si è distinto per la grande cortesia, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La struttura è curata, pulita e offre un’atmosfera rilassante, ideale per chi desidera godersi qualche giorno di tranquillità in uno dei luoghi più belli della costa siciliana.

Un’esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo volentieri e che speriamo di poter ripetere con un soggiorno più lungo.

Pros:

Hôtel et restaurant à côté d'Aci Trezza et Aci Castello et bien centré autour de l'Etna, Taormine, Catane, Syracuse et Noto. La piscine est encore fraîche fin mai 18 degrés. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux à partir de 7h00, ce qui permet de partir tôt pour les visites.

Ett fantastiskt hotell. Bland det bästa jag bott på.
Läget fantastiskt med balkong med havsutsikt.
Frukosten utmärkt.
Personalen väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Städningen perfekt.
Hotellområdet välskött med växter och fin och ren pool. Förtjänar mer än tre stjärnor.

Das Abendessen im Hotel war nicht schmackhaft. Wir haben es nur 1 Mal probiert und sind dann im Ort essen gegangen .Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Pros:

Zona tranquila, la piscina está bien, al igual que las habitaciones y la limpieza de las mismas. El personal fue amable. Las vistas desde la habitación fantásticas.

Cons:

Simplemente como sugerencia...fruta en el desayuno, salvo una macedonia, no había más opciones. Simplemente un poco más de variedad en el desayuno.

Parking on site was helpful.
Breakfast was a great start to the day. Many choices.
Staff was very nice.
Everything was very clean.
The pool and patio were a plus!
The location and room grew on us over our 5 day stay. The town is full of great little restaurants and it was the perfect spot to base out of for many day trips.

Cons:

No screens on windows and maids left windows open after we were very careful to get rid of all mosquitos. My husband is very allergic to their bites and it affected our trip a lot!!!!! I was also covered in bites, but I don't have as bad of a reaction. We did not want to use the chemical plug in offered in the room to keep them away while we were in the room!
The keys in the doors were very loud!!! we like to sleep in on vacation and at 6:50 am the doors start opening and locking w/ that double lock in an echo chamber of an old beautiful building. Not sound proof, so not a great romantic spot!!!
It's a very busy location, with town and beach passed a couple of very busy crossings!!!! Be careful crossing main road/highway that goes right by the hotel!!!
