Pros:

Me encantó la atención y servicio tanto del personal como de las instalaciones y como está en un lugar céntrico eso me facilito mucho para conocer más de playa del Carmen.

é um Scam
Quando chegaram não tinham a nossa reserva do booking. Mas arranjavam quarto por um valor mais alto.
Pagamos mas pedimos recibo que não no deu ( precisavamos de reclamar no booking e ter provas) .
Hiper rudes, sem soluções e só diziam que não estavam no booking
Sendo que fizemos a reserva lá.
