O quarto é realmente espaçoso, padrão Hilton.
O café da manhã é bem diversificado.
Localização é muito boa. Da pra fazer quase tudo a pé.
A área do café precisa ser otimizada. Me parece que o hotel tem muitos quartos, então na hora do café da manhã faz uma fila generosa pra entrar, algo que não é comum para mim.
O local do buffet fica muito cheio, parece praça de alimentação de shopping center na hora do almoço. Realmente confuso e isso é devido ao número de pessoas ao mesmo tempo e a disposição dos itens do buffet.
Evite a hora do rush.
So close to everything, beautiful hotel, spacious room, great staff. We loved it!

The room's are small but updated and clean with a comfortable bed.. I was a bit claustrophobic because you could not really see outside because the roof of the next building was blocking any view.
The hotel was a small boutique hotel, I found the lobby very loud and busy. I did not like that you could not see out the window.

Loved this property, good location.
Rooms are huge and so stylish and comfortable it was a joy to come back to at the end of a long day.
If they could just improve the quality of coffee making that would be great.
We loved the location! Amazing walking distance from Terramachi and Nishiki market. Plus we enjoyed the taxis pulling right up to the door. The rooms were quite nice as well. The staff were friendly and always greeted us right when we arrived or pulled away. We had an issue with the food one day and the managers were kind enough to work through a solution with us.
In our last stay, we chose a boutique hotel that seemed to have more of a customer focus than this hotel. This time around, we wanted to try a familar chain hotel and see if it was worth anything more or less than the boutique experience. This was fine, but it wasn't great. We found a hair baked into the bread (this was resolved with managers but still needs to be noted), we couldn't control the air in our room, we didn't receive towels as often, and we noticed that they were not vacuuming the room. The customer service in Japan is absolutely elite, and I feel that there are other hotels where you can experience that better than here.
This has probably been one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The variety of the breakfast is particularly noteworthy. The location is brilliant, the staff is friendly. An amazing experience all round!!
