Very good
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Hot water was available

Cons:

1. Rooms are attached and not sound proof.outside noise was very disturbing..

Staff is beyond bad
Pros:

The room itself was fine and the wifi worked well.

Cons:

The receptionist, oh my word, talk about a special case. I called immediately after I booked a single room to confirm I have that room, when I got there he claimed it's taken and he'll give me a double bedroom for over double my original price! Thankfully it was sorted in the end and I got my single room, but only after he started to raise his voice on me which lead me to get aggressive back at him.
It took him ages to understand how to give me the correct wifi password (about 40 minutes!).
A day later I booked one more night and told him he needs to give me some sort of a compensation over his behaviour yesterday, all I asked for was a bottle of spring water. He gave me a bottle he filed with tap water!
I told him again to get me a spring water bottle, he did and then tried to demand I'll give the hotel 5 stars on Google. Over a 20 ruppee bottle of water this person wanted a 5 star review :D
A day later for check out, he banged at my door at 10am screaming check out is at 10am, I showed he clearly my booking says 11am. At 10:50 he shut the electricity in my room. Absolutely nuts.
