Pros:

The location is good, very close to the points of interest in the center of Sofia. It is a well-maintained building with clean rooms and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Access to the car park, located in the basement, is only possible with the help of a car lift very limited in size and with very difficult access for a medium-class car (Skoda Kodiaq in my case).
Very poor Wi-Fi signal quality!

Pros:

Buona la pulizia, addirittura cambio ciabattine e asciugamani dopo la prima sera (totale sere 2).

Cons:

Orario inizio colazione troppo tardi, alle 8.30 secondo il mio programma dovevamo essere già in giro per la città.
L'apertura della porta del bagno un po' scomoda per l'ingresso in doccia.

New modern hotel in a good price and location
Pros:

A comfortabe and freshly new hotel close to the city center (walking distance) and the subway. The room was nice, spacious and very clean, the beds were wide and the bathroom had all necessary amenities in great abundance and high quality. Although we stayed for two nights, the cleaned the room and renawed tea and water bottles!!! The boys at the reception were very helpful and warm

Cons:

The safe could not get a new code, the room smoked of sigar smoke both days we stayed there, the matress was quite hard and the breakfast, although sufficient, could offer more choises and perhaps some traditional local things.

Comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The room is quite new and clean with good decoration. The bed is quite soft and comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast is nice as well. Few minutes walking to city center. I really like it and enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

I heard few sounds from my neighbors in the night. Don't know whether it is because the wall is not sound proof enough or not. But it is not a big problem.

Hotel recomendable y cómodo
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien, nuevo y limpio. Cumplió con mis expectativas y tiene una muy buen relación calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. La ubicación es buena, a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro histórico. También tiene una estación de metro a pocos minutos y de tram.

Cons:

Teníamos un vuelo temprano el domingo y queríamos desayunar ahí, pero los domingos los desayunos empiezan a las 8:30am mientras que los demás días comienzan 7:30. Creo que deberían ser todos los días en el mismo horario, seguro a nosotros nos hubiese facilitado bastante la partida.

Отличный новенький отель, который почему-то 3 звезды, хотя по всему это 4. Завтрак соответствующий

Cons:

Минусов нет кроме разве что того, что отель не в самом центре, до него минут 10-15 пешком или одна остановка на метро
