The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very polite and there to help and provide info about anything.
The center of Sofia is only 10 min by foot.

Mancanza di un comodino difficoltà nel scendere dal letto, cuscini da torcicollo, cassaforte non funzionante e per due volte non è stato risolto il problema pulizia delle stanze non troppo efficiente e per due giorni ( il mio soggiorno era di sei) abbiamo aspettato sino alle quindici la pulizia della camera.Colazione a buffet non molto varia e quantità insufficiente solo ultimo giorno tutto era in abbondanza come da foto

Très bon séjour à Sofia, hôtel bien situé à proximité des transports en commun et du Sofia Mall (pratique avec restaurant et supermarché). Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Letto comodissimo, camera essenziale ma molto confortevole.

Bardzo czysto. Hotel albo nowy albo po remoncie. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu. Wygodne materace tzn twarde. Dla osób z problemami kregoslupa idealne. Śniadania urozmaicone z możliwością zjedzenia w otwartym patio.
Wino ktore kupiłem w hotelowym barze zostało podane ciepłe. Przez to było mocno niesmaczne. Przy płaceniu podczas wymeldowania okazało się, że było również bardzo drogie. Jedyny minus.
