Disgusting, Shambolic ..Receptionist is RUDE, not helpful, Never heard about the word considerate or compassionate..Utterly Shambolic stuff..Arrived at late night travelled from UK needed a room for a night..Staff was rude,cocky,didn't even have a simple sympathy for two tired passengers in urgent need of at least a hot beverage..Me and My wife was kept waiting for almost an hour to tell us sounds like a big lie of being fully booked..Yet we booked it an hour earlier at the most..Then He blames us ,its our fault apparently for using booking.com..Zero understanding Zero service or assistance mentality..Disgusting attitude

A remarkable experience. The beds are really comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. The staff clean the room every day and are very helpful and ready to assist with anything needed. The Nevsky Cathedral is about 2.6 kilometers away, but the metro station is nearby. Generally, it is very easy to reach all the attractions and main points of interest.

Luxe appartement, super groot balkon, uitstekende airco, modern en super schoon. Receptie spreekt prima Engels en zeer vriendelijk!
Op de verdieping boven mijn royale appartement zat een familie appartement. Ik kon tot 01:00 en vanaf 07:00 de ouders horen stampen en de kinderen horen schreeuwen. Als daar rustige mensen zitten heb je er geen last van. Families kunnen wat gehorig zijn dus.
