hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. good breakfast. room is clean and far away from transportation noise

Pros:

Çok temiz .Merkezi bir otel.Her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz.Kahvaltısı da iyiydi .Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

Cons:

Otele ait Kapalı otoparkı var .Ancak ücretsiz değil. Hem otelde kalıyorsunuz hem de otoparkından ücretsiz yararlanmıyorsunuz.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля, всё в пешей доступности. Понравилось, что каждый день убирались, менялись полотенца, добавляли косметические средства и ставили бутылочки с водой. Девочкам на заметку, из косметических средств были- шампунь, кондиционер, лосьон для тела, гель для душа. Фен тоже был. Завтраки были отличные.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Impeccable hotel, attentive and kind staff, spacious room, extremely comfortable beds, excellent lighting, and a large bathroom with a great shower. Excellent!

Cons:

Two things I can mention, but which aren't a major problem:
1) The breakfast is excellent, but lacks variety.
2) The location isn't the best. Access to the metro is easy, but on foot it's a bit far. Also, the area around the hotel doesn't seem very safe.

Cons:

Unica pecca la colazione nel weekend inizia alle 8:30, quindi potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha tour organizzati o il volo presto.

Quiet and clean
Pros:

Very quiet, good breakfast, 20 minuts walking tò the city center or 1 stop with the underground in 7 minutes

Cons:

We ask to do breakfast 10 minutes early due to an early departure for an excursion to Rila and they did nothing, we entered the breakfast room only 5 minutes before 7.30 and the reception did not tell colleagues at breakfast. We had to explain and discusso with the waitress.the room had no toilet paper, we had to ask and obtain only used toilet paper rolls.
