Highly recommendable hotel in Sofia
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. lt is a modern, service-oriented hotel, with friendly reception staff. The rooms were well equipped, clean and cozy. The location was within a 15-20 min walk from the city centre and the pedestrian street. A good base for exploring Sofia and Bulgaria.

High quality, great breakfast design touches.
Pros:

New hotel, everything looks great including the nice sunny ground floor terrace. Enjoyed the lovely design touches on the room. Easy to get to- 6 mins walk from Opal metro station, which also has direct trains to Sofia airport . Best breakfast ever- raspberry brownies rocked. Praise to the very pleasant and helpful lady on at breakfast; all the staff were lovely.

Cons:

It was a bit stuffy in the room, because I couldn't seem to get the a/c to make it cooler (even tho we could hear the fan/ air going) and the heated towel rail is on all the time the room is occupied. Also, the pavements leading to the hotel last 100m were all broken up - hard with a suitcase. This is not the hotel's fault, and perhaps the city will upgrade them now there is this lovely smart hotel in the neighbourhood.

There were some stains on several walls of room (very probably caused by other customers) but it happens when room is used by customers and it was not big deal for us, room itself was clean.

Tiptop und verdiente eigentlich einen Stern mehr.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner und Bodylotion immer genügend zur Verfügung. Zimmer hatte grossen Baökon, was für Raucher relevant ist… Gute Heizung/Klimaanlage und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück (inbegriffen) war gut, frisch aber nicht überwältigend. Aber alles fa, was es braucht und z.B. Rührei wurde immer nachgefüllt - nicht wie oft in anderen Hotels kurz vor Schluss der Frühstückszeit.
Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. ÖV- Möglichkeiten (Metro oder Tram ganz in der Nähe. 1Metrostation ins Zentrum. Zudem ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Umgebung wirkt verlottert und wenig ansprechend. Bin zuerst etwas erschrocken. Das hat sich aber gleich gelegt.
Ich brauche kein Spa, aber für Leite, die sowas wollen, ist fas Hotel falsch.
Schade ist, dass es keine Snacks für den kleinen Hungere gibt.
