Good value, clean and comfortable stay but very basic amenities
Pros:

For an overnight stay for a business traveller - just needing a bed for the night - this was spot on.
The room was clean and warm and everything that was there worked. The Wi-Fi was excellent.
There are a range of take-away options right outside along with a couple of convenience stores.
The comms with the host was very good.

Cons:

The room was very sparsely furnished. It would have benefited from a small table and chairs and/or a lounge type chair. This would have transformed the space and there was plenty of room for additional furniture. Also, there was a kettle and some milk but no tea of coffee and no glassware.

De locatie was ideaal. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum. Wij vonden het een fijne wandeling nadat je wat hebt gegeten in het centrum van St. Albans. Parkeren was gratis en het is boven een mini supermarktje, dus als je iets nodig hebt dan kun je dat gelijk halen.

Cons:

Het licht van de kamer is overdag heel prettig, vanuit het grote raam. Maar in de avond was het net te fel. Het nachtlampje staat in de vensterbank, dus dat maakte lezen in de avond in bed wat minder ontspannen.

Pros:

Zak was incredibly helpful. Great to have kitchen access. Room was lovely and warm.

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable which is a shame since everything else was great.

Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are excellent. Nice and quiet with their own en-suite. Room 4 is a little more awkward as the rooms own private bathroom is across the landing.
There’s always clean bedding and towels, it’s always been hoovered and smells nice. While there’s no fridge or cooking facilities in the rooms there is a full kitchen downstairs.
Or there’s loads of takeaways below the suites, although you’d never know as there is no smell.

Great value and Very good support better once the booking was about to start! Very helpful quick support.

Cons:

toilet seat broke easily but host sorted it out quickly, two double beds pushed together uncomfortable for a couple
