It was extremely hot (although we were in the middle of a heat wave!)

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, in a good location close to the town centre.

No air conditioning which proved challenging as there was a heatwave during our stay.

The bed was OK but the pillows were very cheap. The curtains were 2 different types, old, faded and different lengths. There was a car park opposite the bedroom window and there was a flood light shining directly into the bedroom all night

La cama no era cómoda el colchón muy regular, y además solo se podía acceder a la cama por un lado. La ventana da a un parking y toda la noche encendido un foco impresionante, la cortina no queda pegada a la ventana y entraba luz por todas partes.Toda la noche sonando un compresor que hacía muchísimo ruido.
Antes de mi llegada intenté ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento, les escribí 3 mensajes y no me contestaron, tuve que llamar en más de 5 ocasiones para que me contestaran al teléfono, hasta la misma mañana no me explicaron como se entraba en el apartamento, me dieron las claves de la habitación 3, recogimos la llave en la casilla 3, pero la llave no abría la habitación 3, salió la persona que estaba allí alojada y nos dijo que nuestra habitación era la 2, si esa persona no hubiera estado dentro de su habitación nos hubiéramos quedado tirados en la calle, ya que no contestan ni a los mensajes ni al teléfono, si me asignan la habitación 3 y la llave está en la casilla 3 no se me ocurre ir probando las llaves en todas las habitaciones.

Bed was terrible, no instructions for kitchen appliances , small tv for size of room , no hand towels , shower leaked over floor , heated towel rail didn’t heat, tiny desk , couldn’t open wardrobe because of location of bed , toilet seat slid off pan, wi fi intermittent , no coffee or milk , poor water pressure.

Nothing Not liked ,ticked all the boxes .

Property was not fully clean, mugs had clear dirt and staining, hair on sheets. Pillows and duvet provided were plastic beneath thin sheet.

Room was ok, comfortable.

Poor location, difficult to find, just a front door at the end of parade of shops. Door code needed which booking dotcom didn't advise. Had to contact Owner for help. Also key box lock code needed for bedroom also not provided by bookingdotcom. This key box was not numbered so we had to guess which one it was, and very difficult to undo, had to ask member of public and local shop keeper to help. These key boxes should be placed in the hall lobby, if it was dark and raining I don't think we would have got in. We were advised there was no breakfast, but I think it would have been thoughtful to have supplied a few tea bags/coffee,UHT milk etc. Owner has since advised that the key boxes will be moved inside to the hall lobby. Brilliant.

Needs some TLC and updating but property manager very helpful and took feedack on board.

Was okay standard of clean but bits needed extra care , the shower tray was dirty before we got there , dusty.

The bedside lamp was broken and just on the floor which wasn't of any use . The floor boards were super creaky which became annoying.

Bed was fairly comfortable, but the mattress springs were noticeable.
