Pros:

I did not stay there. My booking was given to others and they said no rooms available even when I had a valid booking

Cons:

Cheaters. Please kindly review n remove them from booking.com. when they get walk in guest willing to pay more they just tell u that they got no rooms available for your booking

We check in at 3 pm.check out 5:45.same day.but i have to pay full days payment.where booking.com said its free cancelst
Cons:

Very small room,limited kitchen applience,only plate,glass,cup and one karai.

Shiva sitting in reception rude behavior

Location.

Cons:

Behaviour of manager shiva in night shift this week.His behaviour is like we are staying free of cost in this hotel....He is sitting in reception and his atitude is very rude and rough.Treating customers as servants.He is spoiling name of booking.com also the name of the hotel....grand silver.....

Pros:

Grand Silver Hotel was extremely good and close to all restuarants and will be very helpful for people who visit chennai for US consulate and it is about 1KM from it. Hotel is very clean and meet all standards, amenities are very good and service and staff are extremely friendly..I would rate 10 out of 10 for all..
Would definitely recommend to people with out any doubt..

Pros:

The management person was helpful.

Cons:

Spiders and ants in the bedding but the management changed sheets after complaining. There were no hand towels or paper napkins provided. Only 3 bath towels which did not look fresh.

Pros:

I like the room ambience and the that is it.

Cons:

The room freshner especially the strawberry flavour,it is very hard to breathe in the room as it gives a strong odour and the kitchen stinks very very bad couldn't enter the kitchen.kindly look into these and other things are fine.
