Pros:

Чудовий готель! Номер був чистий, затишний і добре обладнаний. Персонал дуже уважний і ввічливий, завжди готовий допомогти. Сніданки смачні, розташування зручне. Рекомендую цей готель для комфортного відпочинку.

Готель справив дуже гарні враження. Нам дуже сподобалось перебувати тут. Затишно та комфортно.
Pros:

Гарний та привітний персонал, теплий басейн на території. Можливість сховатись від усіх.

Cons:

Санвузол не в номері, відсутній власний ресторан (але це не було проблемою)

Який би не був сніданок, а місце дуже класне щоб повернутись ще

Сніданок на любителя, на обід таке смачно, але зранку не дуже таке я люблю, мені це дуже тяжко для сніданку, але було смачно

Pros:

Окрема подяка адміністратору Іванці дуже чуйна та уважна людина, завжди готова допомогти і все зробити для того, щоб нам було комфортно відпочивати. За неї вам великий плюс ☺️
Також басейн і сауна це просто супер і дуже смачні сніданки. Також сподобався балкон дуже подобалось там вечеряти. Велика подяка за місце, де сушити одяг та купальники мало в яких отелях за це думають. І багато різних речей продумані для комфортного побуту.

Cons:

Деякий персонал не сподобався, казали не має в нас обідів та вечерів, а в прейскуранті це є, так і не зрозуміли є чи не має. Також був пил у шафі. Прибирання за тиждень перебування було тільки заміна смітників, заміни полотенців не було, хоча клали їх в корзинку. Але може у вас це і не передбачено. Також деякий персонал вів себе не професійно, але владнали ці моменти загалом, але я б звернула увагу на більш ретельний підбір персоналу та більш детально донесла, як можна спілкуватись клієнтом, що припустимо, а що ні. Це не прям все суттєво було, тому в цілому все сподобалось.

Відпочинок у готелі Велика Ведмедиця пройшов відмінно . Уважність і небайдужість персоналу до гостей - це відпочинок наче в колі родини . Все робиться для гостей !!!!
