Pros:

スタッフが丁寧でフレンドリー。また、ディナーの際は、ホテルの女将が毎回挨拶に来てくれました。その際に、今回は８５歳の母と滞在したのですが、ユングラヨッホに母は登れないであろうということで代わりにカレンダーを下さったり、駅の送りもとても配慮して下さりました。

Cons:

食事はボリュームもありよかったのですが、塩分が少し多くからかったので（特にスープ）、もう少し薄味で自分で調整できる方がいいと思いました。

اذا ما اخذت اطلاله مباشره علي الجبل لا تسكن الفندق كلامي واضح اطلاله مباشره راح يعطونك اطلاله جانبيه ارفض حتى تحصل علي اطلاله مباشره واثناء الحجز اكد عليهم في الاطلاله تكون مباشره وقريب جدا من كل الفعاليات بس المشكله نزول و الصعود ان الفندق مرتفع

Pros:

The location of the hotel was on top of a hill but had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony and the restaurant. Noice breakfast. Cozy rooms. Wonderful hotel

Cons:

No air conditioner but we manage to open the door of the room it became nice. The staff was not helpful at all even when you asked and we wrote all the check in at the reception and the lady there was even not helping us.

A very memorable and exceptional experience.
Pros:

Fantastic views. Lovely outside terrace for drinks/meals.
Breakfast was exceptional - large selection of cooked food, fruit, baked goods
Room was excellent. very clean and a lovely balcony with superb views of the mountains and the valley

スイス旅行で1番思い出に残る宿でした。ありがとうございました！
Pros:

・チェックイン時とチェックアウト時にシャトルバスが手配できること。Booking.comのチャットでグリンデルワルト駅の到着時間を伝えると、迎えに来てくれました。
・部屋やレストラン、ロビーから見えるアイガービューがとにかく圧巻です。時間帯によって雰囲気が変わる景色をずっと眺めることができます。夜は星空も綺麗でした。
・無料のケーキビュッフェがあります。チョコレートケーキが美味しかったです。
・スタッフはとても親切です。チャットや受付での質問にいつも丁寧に答えてくれました。
・夕食のコース料理が豪華です。2日間とも違うスイス料理をいただきました。
・朝食も種類が豊富です。Morning Postでグリンデルワルトの様子を知ることができます。

Cons:

・冷房はありません。8月は、午後3時〜9時頃までは特に部屋が暑く感じられるかもしれません。
私たちは冷房がないことを事前に調べていたので、国から冷却シートとハンディーファン、薄い部屋着を持って行ったところ、特に問題なく過ごすことができました。
