Cosy and charming boutique hotel.
Pros:

Centrally located boutique hotel which presents better than more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and helpful staff. Large bedroom and large bathroom with high quality fittings. We were able to park outside reception for unloading of luggage at reception whcih made for an easy check in.

Cons:

We would have liked to be able to have coffee or a drink in the lobby in front of the fire without having to bring something down from our room, but this is a minor quibble.

Excellent venue that exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Overall cleanliness and presentation was excellent.
Rooms were basically soundproof. No outside noise when doors/windows closed.
