Loved the owner and the overall cleanliness of the hotel

I enjoyed the walk to the plaza, but it's very uphill and you need to cross a few streets, so need strong legs to stay here without a car.

Sencillo y confortable, con buena ubicación.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cercana a la central de autobuses y a pocos minutos del evento al que asistí. El acceso controlado por el gerente ofrece un aspecto de seguridad.

Cons:

En general me parece un buen lugar para descansar y sé que tiene poco de haber arrancado, así que esperemos conforme crezca logren tener más personal, pero en realidad no tengo quejas.

Exceptional host, thank you Carlos for you amazing attention.
Pros:

Right next to Museo Morelense de Arte Contemporáneo Juan Soriano and very close to city center (10 mins walk). Incredibly sweet hosts (cheers to Carlos and his wife), and I felt safe during my stay as a solo female traveler. The hotel is actually very big, great option for big family groups.

Cons:

If your room is facing the street, there could be some car noise during the night if you are very sensitive. Personally it was not a problem for me.

Carlos est extrêmement gentil et une bonne source d’information!

Cons:

Le fait qu’à chaque fois que l’on veut entrer ou sortir, on doit appeler Carlos à l’avance pour qu’il nous ouvre. Mais il est très rapide et dit qu’il va éventuellement corriger la situation
