Cons:

The location shown on booking.com is closer than it actually is within walking distance to Shenzhen Bay Park, when it actually isn't. I wouldn't have booked in this hotel if I knew. There is no swimming as shown in the photos, they only give you access to swimming pool in adjacent building so you have to walk outside to visit it. Staff does not speak English, which makes it even more difficult to attempt to use another company's facilities (i.e. gym). International hotel should have staff that speaks English.
