Pros:

Location to Manchester airport & train station make it a perfect place to stay before an early morning flight

Cons:

Electrics in our room had fused and after notifying the reception there was a problem & asking someone to attend they didn’t for 30 minutes & I had to go & ask again. Another customer on the same corridor as me had the same issue. The hotel worker who said he would come & sort it out said he had forgotten. Not great.
