Staff pleasant and helpful
If you are flying from terminal 2 it is a trek to put your cases in the night before then walk all the way back across the link bridge to walk back in the morning. No good for families. You can catch a lift to the terminal but is £4 each where as other hotels have free transport to make your holiday smoother. Menu in restaurant not much to choose from when you have a picky eater and quite expensive. Doesnt explain what the meals actually are we were having to google it. Could do with a seperate bar menu.
Room small, coffee machine there but they give you 1 pod to use between 2 of you. I wouldn't bother. Had to go ask for more milk as you are not given enough. Outside you can smoke anywhere but only about 2 ashtrays so people are using the floor which looks a mess. I personally wouldn't stop here again but other opinions might differ.
Very close to the airport, everything you needed for a short stay.
Bar was busy but service was very slow
Modernes Flughafenhotel, gut geeignet für die zwangsweise notwendig werdende Übernachtung bei frühen Flüge. Terminals gut fußläufig erreichbar, Bahnhof mit direkter Bahnanbindung in die City.
Naz on check-in was very helpful and professional, and so was the member of staff on check-out. It was the third time I stayed and will definitely come back!
Walk from terminal 2 easy but not under cover for part of it. Next to station for easy trip into city. Comfortable bed and quiet room.
No fridge, only 2 pods for coffee machine, tiny bathroom and small room for the price paid.
Convenient for the airport. Aircon. It had a nice atmosphere in the bar and the rooms are interesting.
Cheap modern building so smells a bit drainy. The staff were friendly but did t seem that experienced or knowledgable.
Ideal location for Manchester airport and the staff are very friendly. Good facilities including bar and excellent restaurant.

The position was excellent, walking distance to terminals. Staff were terrific. Everything was clean. Good food. Nice and quiet even being in the airport precinct.
