"Highly Disappointed with the Service and Standards"

My experience at Esteel Canal was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and displayed some of the worst customer service I've encountered. There was no support provided at any point during my visit — not even basic courtesy.

The cleanliness was non-existent, with poorly maintained spaces and an overall unhygienic environment. On top of that, the pricing was unreasonably high, especially considering the lack of quality and service.

In short, I would not recommend Esteel Canal to anyone expecting even a minimum standard of professionalism or care. There are far better options out there for your money and peace of mind.
