The staff were very warm and kind. I was served by a very nice lady. The location is near the Airport and against traffic. Everything you need is within reach. The rooms are clean. They also accommodated the fact that my flight was an early evening one and allowed i check out a bit later. I will always book with them when coming back to nairobi
Just that wifi didn't work in my room on that day. But seems it does work. Fortunately, there are many cheap wifi options in the vicinity.

Light was constant, no dark blinds
So we had a long layover in kenya and found this guest house around the airport which is like 10mins drive without any traffic. We had the airport view from our room and could see planes landing it was beautiful and we enjoyed the lovely staff #Maria and #Eunice great human beings and very lovely and friendly aswell.
The fact that it was just located in the busy streets of transami but me n my family didnt mind. We enjoyed our stay n loved it.

Mettre des serviettes pour 2 personnes quand la chambre est prévue pour 2 personnes.
Faire la poussière avant l'arrivée des clients.
Enlever les traces de mains sur le téléphone dans la chambre.

No lift
Hotel start from 3 floor, our room was 4th floor. without lift its dificult to carry baggage.
Very basic but clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
The staff treats you like a friend and helps you with everything you need.
The bed was supercomfy with mosquito net and the bathroom clean.
The view from the hotel down to the street is amazing to do some people-watching.
Don't look at the building from outside. From inside it looks better!

The elevator had a mechanical problem so we had to use the stairs

I needed a room near the airport as my luggage was 24 hours late. It's a cheap hotel with lots of traffic outside it served my purpose, it's ok for the price
Better sound proofing and maybe tinted windows to block the light pollution.
