I WAS BOOKED FAB MAX HOTEL ONLINE ON DATE 26 NOV 2024 . AND WAS PAID ADVANCE RS 1021.THEN I WAS VISITED TO HOTEL BUT HOTEL EXECUTIVE TOLD ME, ROOM IS NOT AVAILBLE . YOU ARE CALL TO ONLINE BOOKING CUSTOMER CARE . AND CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE , AND TILL DATE NOT REFUND ADVANCE PAYMENT AS WELL ROOM . I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. Room ambience
Location was bad, lift did not have lights, bed had dirt marks everywhere, used towels in the bathroom

Toilet smell too much and broken pan cover/free pan cover (not attached/fixed with the pan)
Value for money, it looks like it is a premium category. Hotel. Also, the staff is very attentive and always ready to help. good option for budget friendly travellers, I would really recommend this property. Overall, it was very nice and comfortable day.
Nice hotel located on Tarsali road Vadodara . Rooms are clean & great hygiene is maintained every where around the property . Quite environment to stay for 1 night . Value for money paid . I would love to stay here again .
