Boa acomodação, boa localização, porém péssimo comportamento da pessoa que serve o café.
Pros:

O quarto é bom, limpo, boa localização. Café simples porém satisfatório.
Srta Fabiana foi muito gentil e atenciosa em todos os sentidos

Cons:

A moça que serve o café da manhã de origem asiática, foi muito grosseira, quando por engano nos sentamos na mesa errada. Mal educada, ficou resmungando na nossa frente como se tivéssemos cometido algo inaceitável. Não deveria nunca trabalhar com turista.

Spotless clean and comfortable with very sensible price. Great service and location.
Pros:

Great place for the price. Very clean and offers all what’s needed. Great staff and owner. Very helpful and welcoming. We received an email from the owner after booking. It contained all crucial info about the arrival and a lot of very helpful tips on local transport and amenities. Excellent service. 5 stars for that only.

Un très bon séjour, un accueil généreux dans une chambre propre et un établissement bien placé.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et généreux. Les pâtisseries sont faites sur place ou locales. La chambre est très propre et très confortable surtout les matelas. Le personnel est très accueillant et très fait son possible pour satisfaire les clients dans la mesure des ses possibilités.

Cons:

La salle du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est un peu ancienne mais a le charme des années passées.

Peaceful, simple and very comfortable
Pros:

Very quiet and peaceful location - ideal if you want a more relaxed stay in Venice but be aware that it’s on Murano and therefore some distance from most of the main sights. Breakfast was simple but good quality and more than sufficient. Bed was very comfortable. Our room had a small balcony with a wonderful view of the lighthouse.

Cons:

The room was fine for us but some might find it a bit small.

Staff cinco estrelas!
Pros:

O hotel é uma graça Os funcionários são muito gentis. A gerente Fabiana, nos recebeu e forneceu todas as informações nos auxiliando com o número das barcas que deveríamos pegar. A Mailee, a senhora que serve o café da manha também é uma simpatia e o café e ótimo. Elas inclusive nos deram um lanche para levar pois sabiam que não íamos conseguir tomar o café. Nos sentimos em casa!

Cons:

O local fica a uns passos do farol e da estação das balsas, com restaurantes e cafés no térreo portanto é muito bem localizado, muito seguro. Mas para quem gosta de sair a noite, Murano é uma jóia de Veneza mas com uma vida noturna muitíssimo discreta.

Nice stay but it’s a no frills, basic hotel. Nonetheless, it was comfortable.
Pros:

Rooms were small and very basic but the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were okay & good-sized. Despite the spartan room, we even had hot water kettle (very much appreciated) and good hot water supply in shower. Location was good, very close to vaporetto station (Murano faro). Nice & quiet location far from the craziness of San Marco island.

Cons:

Housekeeping. Our rooms were partially cleaned on a daily basis (we stayed 3 nights). The cleaning staff fixes bed & replaces towels but doesn’t sweep/vacuum floors or vice-versa. Housekeeping needs much improvement.
