In reception no one response and I was with my partner and no one picked our call as and I need to find another hotel because of no one responded my call
No responsbility management and no one at reception to help the guest this is the worst hotel I have seen in my life and I will not recommended to anybody for stay.

Right on the highway. Easily reachable. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with all aminities. The complex has Multiple eatery outlets with wide variety foods and snacks. The common rest room of the complex was of airport standard, near and clean.
Only slight disadvantage was to carry luggage upstairs and bringing it down.
Rooms are spacious. Has a good food court that's open from 11am to 11pm
Rooms need maintenance. My air condition was only blowing air. The hot water was not flowing properly so they allowed me to take shower in another room.
There was 0 staff to help with anything.
The washroom taps were leaking, no toiletries. The shampoo bottle that was hung on the wall had insects in it. No hot water in the shower.
No hospitality at all. It's isolated, there is no manpower.
Absolutely would not recommend.
