Our stay at Hotel golden continental was awesome. It is close to the main temple yet it is away from the hustle/bustle of a small city. It was very calming and safe and walking distance from baidynath temple. Staff and food items quite decent. neatness and cleanliness is of really top quality. Rooms are very good. we are recommending this hotel to our relatives and known people.

we had a fantastic stay at hotel golden continental. Quite a decent property. Food and staffs was nice. They arranged taxi for site seeing and also referred a pandit ji who helped us to pooja at baba baidynath temple. while coming back from temple to hotel we walk down, which was just 800 meters, while coming backing back from temple, we crossed passed Shiv ganga-a auspicious/sacred and very large ponds . Over all best location , neat and clean property, good food and courteous staff. We will definitely recommend this property

Excellent customer service, very good staff, Location is best for this hotel. One can get E- rickshaw 24/7 to Temple, to railway station or to market from this hotel. Temple is walkable from hotel so as city market. Neatness and cleanliness is top class. Its worth to stay

This hotel is really a top class in terms of value for money, cleanliness and neatness, Comfortable rooms and amenties works well. Above all, it is very close to temple and have ample car parking space. We also liked the food served here. Food may not be out of world but definately fit for the purpose .

Some more facilities are required.
The rooms are clean and spacious.Deluxe room is much better and very spacious as compared to quadruple room. 3 people can easily stay in a deluxe room.
1-The staff are rude and arrogant.
2-They provide 250 ml bottles as contemporary on the first day or day of arrival. We requested for 1 ltr as contemporary for the first day to which they replied quite impolitely and rudely.
3-Mistakenly tea got spilled on the bedsheet and we immediately informed that but they charged us Rs 1000 as penalty. Also they didn't provide a clean bedsheet later. Later we cleaned the bedsheet and handed it over to them.
Decent stay for price and location. Staff was helpful.
