Pros:

we hadden een goedkoop hotel geboekt omdat we 2 uur 's nacht pas aankwamen en we dag later in ander hotel zouden verblijven

Cons:

we hadden dan wel de budgetkamer geboekt omdat we er alleen zouden slapen maar dit was echt zoooo klein. op de foto's leek het nog wel wat. de muren waren ook rood. oud gebouw.geen plek voor je koffer of kleding(hebben de koffers ook echt dicht gelaten) een bed van 140 en in de douche kon je niet bewegen en echt heel vies. lagen ook geen handdoeken. we hebben dus alleen geslapen en om 9 uur vertrokken.geen idee hoe de andere kamers eruit zien hoor

couldve found better for the price.
Pros:

Nothing really, the room was very dirty, dust in most places in the room, very bad smell in the rooms, the toilet door wasnt isolated so whatever you ate and shat you can smell, its literally a toilet with beds inside.

What a wonderful hotel!!!!
Pros:

We stayed in Jurnal hotel for one week , The hotel is in a very good location, 2 minutes walk to Istiklal St., 4 minutes walk to metro Sishane station, the hotel is very clean , room is good , the staff is very friendly, good and helpful
We like our stay in Jurnal Hotel and will repeat our stay when we visit Istanbul in the future

Nice place in the heart of Istiklal, though the room size and bathroom condition could be improved.
Pros:

The apartment is located in the very heart of the Istiklal area, which is one of the most popular districts for tourists. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and you can easily go out to eat even late at night — everything is just a two-minute walk away, which was extremely convenient.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The location is great in terms of being in the center of Istiklal, but it takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to public transport, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you are in a hurry. It’s not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

Another downside is the size of the room. I expected it to be bigger, and it felt quite cramped. There was very little space to move around.

Finally, the toilet was not very clean. There was something unpleasant in the toilet, which made the experience uncomfortable....

В душевой не уходила вода, было сложно мыться. В ванной не работала розетка. Работала только одна, через кровать. Фото н

Cons:

Очень грязно, очень-очень маленькая комната одна кровать на всю комнату, которую не обойти, только перепрыгивать. Для пояснения, от входной двери 1 шаг и кровать и все. Вместо прикроватной тумбочки мусорные ведра.
