Worst experience.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean,room key was not provided. Linen was used and had stains. Very unhygienic.

Very poor hospitality, cleaning, Hotel charged extra for early check in though it is pre-approved by booking.com. For taking bath, I was waited for 3 hours because hotel was not having towels.

Cons:

Location is terrible and the hotel is under construction. A Total Mess 
Staff are poorly groomed and unprofessional.
The Room was Tiny and Cramped the AC is not working and TV is also not working properly.
Asked about the Breakfast Complimentary Breakfast available after 09:00 AM.
Absolutely not worth the Money.

Very good if you are on a budget
Pros:

Reading all the comments, I was surprised how people were complaining about stuff like size of the bathroom or the pillows. For the money you pay, you get exactly what you need for a budget getaway: bed, shower and breakfast. Staff was very nice and helped us with all the queries.
