フロントの方も親切
部屋の清掃もきれい
喫煙部屋だけど全然臭くなかった
イス、机が２つあって部屋に鏡もあって便利
コンセントがベッドの横にある
チェックイン時にお茶がもらえて、連泊でも毎日お水をもらえた
駅がちかい
値段が格安

Cons:

強いて言うならお風呂の浴槽が小さくて狭いところだけど、他に悪い所がなく、良い点も多いので大満足です！
なにより値段が安いので、この値段でこんなにカンペキなホテルは素晴らしい！

Pros:

Surprisingly spacious and large windows for the price. My room had a nice view of the trains going in and out of Minami-senju

It’s near to the train station, and location is very convenient

There’s no daily housekeeping but you get a change of towel and toiletries everyday

Outdated accomodations, not recommended
Cons:

The facilities were seemingly from the 70s, barely maintained, the sync does not use an exchanger, the room window is facing the road so you can hear the traffic most of the day.
There is no heater in the room so the room was cold as it was 8°C outside. There are no pajamas supplied either to keep the cold away at night. Probably one of the worst accomodations I stayed at.
