按摩浴缸型同虛設，不能使用
微波爐沒有電源插頭，不能使用
nichts besonderes, hatte extra das teurere Zimmer gebucht und war daher sehr enttäuscht
- Zimmer war muffig (von dem alten Mobiliar)
- alles ist alt und abgewohnt
- das Zimmer ist nicht so, wie auf den Bildern
- Toilette und ein Waschbecken verlieren Wasser und daher ist der Boden immer nass

The breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of options. The rooms were cleaned daily and equipped with all the necessary facilities.
The bathroom was a nightmare. The hot water ran inconsistently, and there was no ventilation, so after a shower, the entire room felt very humid. It also smelled outright bad, like fungi. Near the bed, I also felt this terrible smell.
Convenience of location and the staff were mostly amicable but not very helpful regarding to the neighbour's noisy dog barking at the back of the hotel all the time.
The noisy dog barking in the early hours of the morning and then all day whilst no one at the hotel seemed to be concerned that that might affect sleep time. Also, this hotel mainly catered for middle aged Korean men who were allowed to smoke in a supposedly *non smoking* hotel..(The rooms have this stipulated in them in red lettered signs)..

The room was dirty, with roaches, towels are old, the shower was dirty... This is nowhere close to a 3 star hotel
The water pressure in shower was very e
weak and there was no shower curtain around the bathtub to separate wet and dry areas , so the water flowed onto floor while I was showering.
Ưhen I reach at the hotel, No room even I got the conform.so they take me to another hotel to stay one night.
What I liked most about Laguna Hotel is Exceptional Staff. They were so Friendly. Receptionist allowed me early checkin. Room allotted me was "Non-smoking" but still someone stayed earlier had smoked there, it felt so. She sprayed room freshener. For Hot water Issue they were quick to resolve it. I am very Happy with their service. Do consider Laguna Hotel for your stay, worth staying there.

Poor Soundproof of door, basically you can hear everything next door
Comfy and simple hotel in a convenient location, perfect if you have business around the PMH area. Good enough to spend a couple of nights.
The rooms could use better cleaning, especially the bathroom. There are some scraps and the glass doors look dirty. I stayed one night and honestly waited to shower until my next destination.
