Ok but I expected better service and communication.
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The manager (Anna) was friendly and was there to meet me when I arrived.

Cons:

It wasn't mentioned when I booked the room that it couldn't be paid for with a credit card (only cash or other transfer methods). Also, the hotel was hard to find due to no external signage (so you didn't know whether you were at the right place). Also, my TV didn't work during my stay and no effort was made to fix it. The manager said it would be fixed when I left which wasn't much use to me and certainly not acceptable given the cost of the room.

Pros:

Estadia excelente. A pessoa que nos recepcionou foi muito atenciosa. O local era perto do centro histórico. Fizemos tudo a pé. E era perto da praia também.

Die Wegbeschreibung stimmt nicht und es war schwer zu finden! Kein Schild als Hinweis an der Tür! Haben mehrere Leite gefragt und niemand konnte uns weiterhelfen.

Lokacija je odlična, blizina centra, željezničke postaje

Cons:

Prvenstveno to što smo rezervirali deluxe sobu a dobili smo jeftiniju verziju obične sobe, skoro ništa se nije slagalo sa slikama na rezervaciji, drugo najavili smo dolazak oko 22 sata i dočekala nas je ledena doba a vani je bilo -1, mogao je netko odgovoran bar par sati prije uključiti grijanje a pošto su prastari prozori tek nam je treći dan tj noć bilo malo toplije. Prozori uopće ne dihtaju. U kupaonici nema grijalice a to je bio najhladniji dio. Krevet je totalno za promjenu jer na lošijem krevetu nismo do sad spavali. Pošto smo dobili jeftiniju verziju sobe bilo bi korektno da dobijemo razliku nazad(oko 50 eura). Zbog ovakvih stvari u dilemi smo za daljnje rezervacije. Soba je trebala biti 28 m2 a bila je 21m2

Stayed here twice, once to spend a few days in Split and once on an overnight stop.
Pros:

Near railway station, bus station and ferries. Just outside city centre so quiet area near a beach. Room large and pleasant with amazing shower. Staff helpful and informative.

Cons:

Payment in cash. Pity they don’t have card.

Pros:

La ubicación fue perfecta. La habitación amplia. Renovado y limpio. La persona de contacto fue muy amable dando consejos sobre donde comer y ofreciéndome un mapa de la ciudad.

Cons:

No hay una consigna en donde dejar la maleta. Me ofrecieron dejarla en el pasillo, pero no me gustaba la idea de que estuviera a la vista y alcance de otras personas.
