A little oasis in Kochi.
Pros:

I was positively surprised from the moment I arrived. The hotel offers great value for money, and George and the whole team were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. They also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and a very professional Ayurveda studio. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Kochi.

Brilliant location, brilliant staff!
Pros:

Location is everything! We planned on being out and about exploring Fort Kochi and this is the perfect location in walking distance to many cafes and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Pros:

Vriendelijke medewerkers, Altijd bereid om een extra koffie te komen brengen.

Cons:

De ventilator heeft maar een stand: aan of uit. Aan is wel erg heftig.

Alfred Place is a beautiful little oasis close to the heart of Fort Kochi.
Pros:

A lovely old heritage building with beautiful rooms and decor. The pool and gardens are lovely and a wonderful respite from the humidity. The location is good, just a 10 -15 min walk to the bustling waterfront, and close to lots of interesting spots to wander around. The breakfast provided had extensive options on offer and was delicious! The staff were wonderful and very helpful, happily letting us stay and use the facilities after our checkout until we needed to leave for the airport. Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again when next in Kochi.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff is particularly nice. The food is excellent. The pool is perfect.
They have helped us a lot, taking into account the fact that our flights have been cancelled due to the events in Middle East.
Next time we come to Kochi (we come approx every 1 or 2 years), we will stay at Alfred place, for sure !!

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns hervorragend unterstützt. Bei der Buchung von Aktivitäten. Wann war insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend.

Alfred is the number one spot in Fort Kochi!
Pros:

The staff was incredible. They were super accommodating, helping my mother to be able to rest and relax in bliss. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, the pool was lovely, and the rooms were clean and quiet. I have to emphasize, the staff were incredible. They helped us book massages, and they were just so kind and thoughtful.

Pros:

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There was absolutely No HOT WATER. Also, there were to many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Perhaps after dinner time, they could spray tge property. The front desk number, nor the whattsapp number were ever answered. So we had to go all the way out to reception to make any request.
