The staff made us feel like family, and we couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.
Pros:

We loved the location of the property. The hotel was well maintained, very clean, and the rooms were spacious. The amenities were excellent, and the spa room was a particularly nice feature. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the chef, Sandro , was extremely helpful and always accommodating to our omelette requests.

Cons:

We couldn’t use the bubble bar! We really wanted to!

Wonderful stay, perfect location, lovely atmosphere
Pros:

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and during New Year there was a lovely Christmas market just a few steps away which made the experience even better. The hotel design is exceptional with many beautiful spots for photos. Breakfast was good with enough variety for different tastes, and the staff were very friendly. They also kindly helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Wonderful luxury hotel! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs were magnificent and the mushroom and chicken stew was life changing. We had everything we could need (maybe more coffee sticks?) and the staff was great. The aesthetic is unmatched. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in over 60 countries!
