Pros:

A lovely new hotel with stylish interiors and great attention to detail. The rooms are well equipped, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The spa was a real highlight, with its unique red lighting creating a very special atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

For a hotel claiming to offer five-star service, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The door and bellboy service was particularly poor. With the exception of one tall, well-presented doorman/bellboy who stood out positively, the other bellboys were largely inattentive and ineffective, with little evidence of initiative or basic courtesy. One was even seen slouching in a reception chair rather than attending to guests or opening the doors. Some receptionists were equally disappointing, displaying a lack of professionalism and attentiveness that falls well below the expected standard.

The service at the bar during breakfast was equally atrocious. The barman accompanied requests for coffee with repeated huffing, puffing, and dismissive, snorting gestures, demonstrating an unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Fortunately, the waitresses were helpful and attentive, making the dining experience more pleasant. The chef was also genuinely nice, accommodating, and pleasant.

Overall, this hotel falls far short of five-star standards, particularly in terms of service, staff attitude, and hospitality. Despite its good location and reasonably good facilities, I would rate it no more than three stars. Significant improvements in staff training, professionalism, and basic guest service are urgently needed.

Extremely disappointed with the service, especially the male receptionist, who was unhelpful and showed little willingness to assist. For a five-star hotel, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, his attitude fell far below the standard expected from a five-star establishment.
