料金やや高めですがまずまず快適なホテル
Pros:

過去のレビューを見てていろいろ問題が多そうに思えましたが、いろいろと改善されてまずまず快適でした。部屋は概ね綺麗だし、タオルを含むアメニティも揃っています。エアコンも古いのですがそれなりに効きます。

Cons:

レセプションが２階にあり、部屋は４階。重い荷物を運ぶのが大変。鍵がシンプルすぎて心許ない気がします。この辺りのホテルはクアラルンプールに比べて値段がやや高いのですが競合ホテルが少ないせいもあるのでしょうか？

Disappointed.
Pros:

Central to my destination and convenience of buying food.

Cons:

1) No provision of toilet paper. I requested and was promised to be given but later another staff informed hotel does not provide toilet paper. Please write in the description of the hotel that it does not do so, and guest can make proper decision. Staff informed that this is a budget hotel but I have stayed in budget hotels (in bigger towns such as Malacca) that provides such amenities and more.
2) The initial room that was assigned to me has a faulty lock, you can just open the door knob and walk into the room. No need keys.
3) Toilet window area is dirty and not cleaned.

Try to change room with wi dow but decline for reason full. But no one stay there but us until check out. Air remote not functioning hv to on manually. Soap not given upon check in. 2 stairs up mals nak turun mintak.
