おすすめです。英語が通じるスタッフもいます
Pros:

日本人です。
翌朝からこのホテルの付近にある新ドラゴンバスターミナルを利用するために、周辺のホテルを探していたところBooking.comでこちらのBaigali Hotelを見つけ、宿泊費との兼ね合いから適切な宿と見て宿泊を決めました。
当方は英語しかできなかったので少々不安がありましたが、ホテルスタッフの中には英語ができる方がいて、この方に大変お世話になりました。親切な方で、長距離バスの切符の仕組み、付近の現金両替所などを聞き取りやすい英語で根気強く説明してくださいました。ただ常にこの方がいるわけではないかもしれませんから、当てにして行かずに事前にe-SIMを購入しておいて、翻訳アプリなどでモンゴル語でコミュニケーションするのがおすすめです。
部屋は大変清潔でした。バスローブに限っては、清潔でしたがややくたびれているので自前で寝巻きを用意したほうがいいかもしれません。
部屋には飲料水(500ml)が人数分と電気ポットがあり、カップ麺も食べられます。朝食付きプランの朝食は簡単なサンドイッチと茹で卵で、重すぎず軽すぎずでいい塩梅でした。
セキュリティもしっかりしていた印象です。
付近はマンションが囲んでいますが、2分ほど歩いて大通りに出ればGS25（韓国系コンビニ）やいくつかのレストラン（モンゴル料理、韓国料理ほか）があるので食事や買い物にも事欠きません。
バスターミナル付近の宿は安くないところが多いです。英語だけが旅の縁となる場合は、ここでお世話になるのが最適かなと思います。
おすすめです。

Cons:

部屋用のスリッパがあまり綺麗ではなかった点が唯一気になりましたが、些事です。気になるようなら、薄いビーチサンダルか何かを持ってくるのがモンゴル旅行全体に通じて言えることです。おすすめアイテムです

Wanna - be nice hotel, but not quite
Pros:

Clean place, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Cons:

No air conditioner (false advertising), towels were wet, no conditioner, only half roll toilet paper, breakfast (with wake up) is at 7 (no choice) and they give you soup for breakfast.

Great location to two bus stations!
Pros:

We arrived on a bus at the Nomin bus station and walked to the hotel. The next morning we walked to the Dragon bus station for our bus. Very convenient location to both bus stations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We left before breakfast and Roy provided us with some treats to eat on the bus.
