Lift not working, rooms have cockroaches bathroom is very tiny

Room which was provided in the beginning was quite okay but in that Room AC and TV both weren't working later when i asked for change they asked me to wait for almost 2 and half hour later they changed the room where AC was working but TV wasn't working well enough, moreover in the room many cockroaches were there which comes out when u eat food. Toilet and bathroom is very small, they provided me room on the 5th floor where i had to climb stairs because LIFT wasn't working when i asked to provide room on the 1-2nd floor they said all the rooms are occupied but it didn't seem to be. Lift is really a huge drawback for choosing this hotel. I would never suggest couples to choose this as ur leisure
