Si c'est pour dormir allez ailleurs
Pros:

Chambre propre et agréable, avec bouilloire, thé et café. La literie est confortable, et le personnel m'a permis d'accéder à la chambre deux heures plus tôt que prévu, ce qui est très sympa. Les douches et toilettes sont nettoyées chaque jour, malheureusement leur état dépend ensuite de la bonne éducation des autres résidents.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un bar ouvert jusqu'à 4h du matin qui propose des chambres au 1er étage. Celles qui donnent sur la rue sont extrêmement bruyantes : simple vitrage, carrefour très passant, motos qui pétaradent toute la nuit, on entend comme si la fenêtre était ouverte.
Pire, le bar organise des concerts du jeudi au samedi à partir de 22h et jusque tard la nuit. Cette fois les boules Quies ne suffisent plus. Selon les concerts il est impossible de dormir tant le son est puissant et le plancher vibre. J'ai vécu une nuit blanche épouvantable et ai préféré finir mon séjour dans un autre hébergement pour pouvoir faire ce qu'on attend d'une chambre : dormir.

The general presentation of the resident's room and facilities was attractive. So was the bathroom.

One of the men's showers on Level 1 did not have hot water at 6:20 in the morning.

It was good.

Chambre bien située - pas de bruit malgré le bar juste en dessous et ouvert jusqu’à 4h du matin - toilettes et salle de bain partagés propres

Great location, clean, spacious and good shared amenities. Will be staying there again.
Pros:

The bedrooms were huge and nice and simple. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean and new. Lots of power points and thoughtfully supplied power board.

Cons:

The showers leaked water and the doors were squeaky. So you could hear people coming and going through the night. If the venue supplied a little plastic squeegee to mop up the water that would be good. Too much water to use the bath towel. The wet towels would end up in the carpeted bedroom which would not be wise. No lift. But that was advertised. Don’t like 2.00pm check in.
