Decent accommodation
Pros:

Found this last minute decent accommodation. Booked a queen room with private bathroom. We didn't hear any noise from the bar.

Cons:

No lift in the building for luggages, no slippers, no fridge in the room

Good value for the price we paid but definitely not clean
Pros:

Loved the location as very central, easy to get Ubers from the door and walk to many places . Lovely check in staff and kindly looked after our bags for us until check in time

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty, it needs a big thorough clean and all walls and around toilet and shower properly cleaned. A good vacuum of the room was needed too.

Pros:

Excellent location, just next to the Central Station on Broadway. Clean bed. Can't say much about the staff, since I didn't meet anyone other than the person who showed me the room on the first day.

Cons:

The common toilet wasn't in the best shape, but it might be just the boarders. Facilities are limited. I didn't get coffee/tea replenished. Whatever was given on the first day, I had to do with that for three days.

I am satisfied with this stay for City2Surf 2026 on Sunday.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

The creaking sound from Rm 103 to my 102, like bed springs noise, was annoying. I guess it touches the wall. I know the guest staying there couldn't know about that.

Cons:

No hot enough water for morning shower-had to have a coolish one at 8:15am. Otherwise would have rated 10 for everything.
