浴室熱水和地暖沒有獨立分開使用。結果也沒有說明指示牌告知旅客，操作錯誤，家人小孩不舒服。

Cons:

It's not a 4* hotel at all. No reception 24h, no cleaning service (only once every 3 days). And the facilities are closed due to bankruptcy. Nothing. No breakfast, no gym, no pool, no lounge. Nothing. The washing machine in the room doesn't work as well.

Honestly, probably every single hotel in Haeundae is better

Le ménage n’a pas été fait sur 5 jours ni les poubelles vidées
Il y a une machine à laver mais il faut sortir à la laverie 7 min de marche avec un gros sac
Seulement 4 doses de café et refus d’en redonner
Ne font pas l’effort de prendre un traducteur de téléphone pour discuter
Verres en cartons
Pas de fourchettes ni couteaux ni poêle
Pas de quoi sécher la vaisselle (m’a rapporté du sopalin et du papier toilette)
Des stores qui laissent passer toute la lumière

Such a view, mérite d'être vecu

Cons:

1/ Not a lot of vaisselle unfortunately. To bad with such a good kitchen.
But not a problem to reserve.

2/ initially booked this place for the facilities (swimming pool, etc) but they were closed due to bankruptcy of the provider.. not the fault of the hotel but it could be indicated or updated in the description of the hotel.
