Best hotel ever
Pros:

Neel is the best owner ever I had a problem with a room and he gave me a bigger one for free also I been to every hotel in Santa Maria this is the best ever and the bed is so comfy like a cloud !

Stunning
Pros:

The accommodation was simply beautiful and being a motel, it far exceeded our expectations. The extra rooms made it even more comfortable. The stay was stunning. Also, the lady on reception was great.

Pros:

I found this property through Booking.com for an area I was not familiar. I drive from San Diego to San Francisco and I take 2 days to drive it. I found that Santa Maria was close to half-way between the two. The property is clean and inviting as well as it feels safe. I would rate this property higher than a 2-stars even though it's motel style. The rooms have been updated with comfortable beds, some cool lighting and some nice toiletries. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Avanti if you are passing through Santa Maria.

Overall it met the needs
Pros:

Location is central. Room was spacious, large TV, fridge and good lighting. Plenty of parking

Cons:

Comforter was stained so we didn't use. Hot water when showering was very weak. Management did not enforce rules. Other Tenants were loud, playing music past midnight and not respecting others who wanted to sleep.

Overall I expected a better stay.
Pros:

The property looked good from the outside comparing to the whole neighborhood.

Cons:

The room we got assign seem it hadn’t been service because we found trash from previous guests. Also I didn’t like the sliding doors to close the restroom.

Pros:

The room was like a suite. It had a sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. Lots of space. The manager was so friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it could have been. Location is not in the better part of town.
