Not Impressed
Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work, black mold on the wall under the air conditioner. Site oversold the property stating recently renovated, how many years ago? Walls were not clean, chipped sink, broken AC. They did try with the landscape view on the window shade was appreciated. Definitely left the shade down the entire stay.

Overall very nice hotel in a very nice town.

Clean. Plenty available parking. Great location for us as we were close to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

Very noisy because the property was located on a major busy street. However this was true for most of the motel/hotels in that area.

Pros:

Lovely place, just a couple of rooms, much slammer than surrounding hotels/motels. Rooms are fresh after the recent renovation

Cons:

Shower wasn't clean when we arrived. Had to wait for a couple of minutes in the shower for the water to heat up

Great sleep in a modern clean hotel!
Pros:

Modern, newly renovated room w/ all the fun updates. The room was clean, and the bed was amazing. We slept like babies! The staff ( sorry, I didn't catch your name) was super friendly and even made my husband an Americano from the espresso machine in the lobby upon check-in.

Cons:

Nothing about the property. The street is to blame, a little loud, but my husband made a good point, the "higher-costing hotel chains" were on the same street, so they too had street noise. It's what you get for staying in the heart of any city.

They do not provide breakfast. The only good thing was the location!

Considering the place was recently remodeled. They did an awful job, we rented the family suite with the living room and private bedroom. The full body mirror was not wiped down lots of finger prints and smudges. The barn doors when you close them to shower or use the restroom have big open gaps on each end. I had to shove towel in the cracks just for privacy. When you close the barn doors there was lots of dirt, debris and pieces of food. Housekeeping does not sweep or mop. Very noisy, you can hear the people above you walking day and nigh, walls are very thin. Many spiders in the room my husband killed two black widows. The front door has an inch gap underneath. We had to put a towel to cover the gap.

Pros:

I liked that the room is not to far from my job. The room is decent sized. Also, its close to places to eat.

Cons:

They don't clean the rooms daily, let lone make sure you have clean towels everyday. I had to ask for them. I check in this motel, because its the best in the area for me.
