Номер на 3 поверсі, який зрештою дали, був чистий, усе в порядку. Сам готель мені дуже подобається: атмосфера, інтер’єр, загальне враження від місця. Окремо дякую співробітниці, яка знайшла вільний номер і допомогла заселитися.

Cons:

Заброньований через Booking номер при заїзді виявився зайнятим. Зрозумілого пояснення, чому його здали іншим гостям, так і не дали. Напередодні був попередній дзвінок, нам підтвердили, що все гаразд і нас чекають. Приїхали о 20:00 — на рецепції нікого не було близько 30 хвилин, трубку також ніхто не брав. Спочатку запропонували номер на 9 поверсі з видом на море, але зараз це неактуально через шахеди та загальну ситуацію. Зрештою все вирішилося, але початок проживання вийшов нервовим і неорганізованим.

Дуже гарний і затишний готель! Чистота, гостинність - все на рівні. Чудові рушники, халат, хрустка ковдра, зручний матрац, подушки - на все це звертаєш увагу мимоволі, все дуже сподобалось, прибирали часто (здається щодня), постійно змінювали рушники! Прекрасний вид з балкону! Відчувається, що тут турбуються про гостей, хочеться повертатися знову, дуже приємна дівчина на рецепції, все розказала, що не зрозуміло було, все професійно, на жаль, імені не спитала (на підборах в мій перший день заїзду була))! Дякую за прийом))) До нових зустрічей!) Тримайся, моя люба Одеса!!!
