Spacious
Pros:

Large and warm room. Huge bathroom with disco spa bath. Easy parking with EV chargers in each bay if needed. Very quiet. Good breakfasts. Evening restaurant is not open every night, but great value and good food. Lawson over the road for last minute shopping items.

Cons:

My underfloor heating went off for my last day. Maybe I switched it off?

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - besser mit Auto!
Pros:

Es war ein grosses Zimmer; das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer guten Auswahl

Cons:

Das Hotel bot leider kein Restaurant Service an, nur eben Frühstück.
Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfte einer Überholung.

Pros:

部屋やお風呂が広くて良かった。
従業員の方の対応も感じが良かった。

Cons:

ラブホ街にあり、入り口や作りもラブホのようで一瞬戸惑った。
中は改装したのか、所々、ラブホの跡が見られるが比較的きれいで、家族連れでの利用が多いみたいだった。

朝食が写真とは違って、時間が少し遅いと全部冷めていたり、量も少ない。

浴槽も多分前のままで清潔感を考えるとちょっと躊躇すると共に、なぜか、ネジが二つほど落ちていた。

従業員の感じは良かったものの、受付の人が足りないのか、1組のチェックインに時間がかかっていて、その間の電話に出れてなかったり、ホテルに戻ってきてキーだけもらうのに何分も待たされるなどがみられた。

Pros:

I chose the property for being close to ski fields (had a rental car). I did think that the building had a sauna but that was just for suites not the basic room. But the basic room did have a spa bath in the bathroom which was welcome after snowboarding. Also the room and bathroom was very large for Japanese hotel rooms and the bed was also large. Overall it suited my needs, but without a car location is a bit far away from amenities.

A relaxing place to stay
Pros:

The staff were all welcoming and we managed to resolve language issues with no frustration.
The suite (not room) was huge. You could almost live there. There was a small refrigerator under a freezer, a microwave and single stovetop. I only used the microwave. There were no plates, utensils etc, but you can ask for things at reception, so maybe these items too.
The bathroom is enormous and while I am not a bath person, I used the large bath many times. Perfect after skiing.
Breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and western options. There is a restaurant/bar for evening meals, although closed on weekends.
Parking was free and right at the door. There are multiple EV charging points (not needed for my vehicle).
It was quiet and warm.

Cons:

Being picky. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim.
Be careful entering as the walkways are slippery when it's snowing.

Comfortable stay near Morioka
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable and the desk was great. The bed was comfortable also. The spa bath and separate shower were gratefully used by us. There was free parking. There's a small kitchenette with limited utensils and a closeby convenience store. The onsite restaurant has good, basic and well priced food. Breakfast choices weren't vast but very adequate.

Cons:

It is at an intersection but also towards the country so little traffic and the vehicle noise didn't bother us.

Excellent place to stay for visiting Grand Seiko Shizukuishi Studio
Pros:

Spacious and well furnished. Restaurant down stairs.

Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Only issue was I did not like the lingering cigarette smoke from previous travelers.
