The location is good ..The hotel, bar everything is nice .

Cons:

The room , bed and pillow were not clean. The AC cooling was very bad ..I was sweating even at midnight even after I set the temperature to 17 or 16 degree Celsius

Breakfast was average. Vry ltd item..only boiled egg n water melon juice..Added Maximum water😃.some cut fruit.. Don't order for tea..The worst tea I had in my life.. Making tea with low quality items. Also they made by bengali room boys..

Well appointed room with comfortable bed, a fridge and sifficient number of charging ports. Ayurvedic spa is a useful adjuant with massage service.

Cons:

The room itself is quite small and so a little cramped though manageable .the tra bags provided were in very bad taste.

ROOM BOY വന്നു കാണിച്ചു. ഒന്നും അറിയാത്ത ഒരു പയ്യൻ. റിമോട്ട് ൽ ഒക്കെ ഞെക്കി അവൻ പോയ്‌. എന്തെങ്കിലും ആവട്ടെ എന്നോർത്ത് കിടന്നപ്പോൾ fan ൽ നിന്നും കട കട ശബ്ദം. കൂടെ ഇഷ്ടം പോലെ കൊതുകും. കാളരാത്രി. രാവിലെ ഇത് ചോദിച്ചതിന് security യുടെ വരെ വക ഗുണ്ടായിസം. ഒരു sorry പോലും പറയാൻ തയാറാവാത്ത തെണ്ടിത്തരം.വേണമെങ്കിൽ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ room vacate ചെയ്തു പോകാമായിരുന്നു എന്ന്. രാത്രി 12.30 ന് . റിസപ്ഷൻ ലെ lady.ഒരു സ്ഥിരം കസ്റ്റമർ നോട് ഇങ്ങനെ ആണെങ്കിൽ. Room എടുക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് ഒരു ഇൻഷുറൻസ് എടുക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്. പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചാൽ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി കൈവക്കും. ഒരു തരത്തിൽ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു.GD Redfort എന്ന ചുമന്ന രാക്ഷസ കോട്ടായിൽ നിന്ന്.
