Very comfortable stay and great atmosphere
Pros:

I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect – very convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The accommodation itself was great: clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed.

What truly made my stay special, though, was the incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Everyone was friendly, but I especially want to highlight Makiko. She was absolutely amazing – so warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. She assisted me with everything, including sending my luggage, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She is such a lovely person, and her kindness really stood out to me.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Staff is really friendly and helpful, specially the lady that made my check out ,she gave me an origami, I don’t remember her name , my compliments to her, my review to the whole staff is 10 for all of them

Bathroom is missing some hangers for the towels and a table with chair would be nice

静かで簡単
Pros:

地下鉄の烏丸御池駅から徒歩8分、ちょうど飲食店などが途切れた閑静な一角にあり寛げます。四条河原町にも歩いて10数分です。私が宿泊した部屋は1階で、玄関から一直線だったのも疑似自宅感覚があり、面白いと思いました。新築で気持ち良いです。

Cons:

お部屋がコンパクトなのは仕方ないとして、ラップトップのパソコンを置くほどのデスクスペースがないのは困りました。シャンプーなどのボトルがバスタブ側ではなく便器側に並んでいること、バスタオルをかけるフックがユニットバスのドアにないこと、アメニティにボディタオルがないことなど、入浴の利便性にも問題があります。

Good place for a short trip in Kyoto
Pros:

Place was in a quiet part of Kyoto central. You can get to most attractions with a bus ride.

Cons:

Because the location is a little tucked away you'll need to walk a bit to get to any convenience stores, or shop/restaurants to hang out.

Very welcoming, enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, good English. Always willing to help and answer and question they could.

Cons:

No laundry facilities at the hotel but there was a laundromat close by.

清潔感だけ少し気になるところはありましたが、総じてコスパはよかったと思います。
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応は丁寧で、ホテル内も静かで夜はゆっくり眠ることができました。
ロケーションもよかったです。

Cons:

室内のテーブルの上など、ほこりが目立つところがあったのが気になりました。
風呂場のシャワーカーテンもあまり清潔ではないように感じました。
