Hotel di nuova costruzione, ottima posizione per chi deve visitare Napoli.
L' unica cosa da migliorare è il servizio di erogazione dell' acqua della doccia, in quanto nella nostra camera non usciva bene l' acqua calda ed avendo una bambina piccola abbiamo fatto difficoltà nel lavarla. Abbiamo comunicato il disservizio alla reception i quali sono stati disponibili nel verificare ma purtroppo non si è risolto il problema.

The staff was kind. The coffee at the bar was also good.
This is not an hotel for families. There were lots of loud noises during the day and night, making our stay unpleasant. It was impossible to sleep because of the people playing music, talking loudly, and above all, as other people have written, the constant noise and screaming of people having sex, even at 2 and 4 in the morning!!! without the staff saying anything at all after telling them. We stayed here for 5 nights, and every day, and I mean every day, and even several times a day, there were sex noises. What a shame. Also our room didn't get cleaned for 3 consecutive days. Last but not least, the rooms are not soundproof at all, since you could hear literally everything.

La camera era spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita. Lo staff presente è stato cordiale e gentile.
Chambre grande et lit confortable. Moi j’ai bien dormi car j’ai des bouchons d’oreilles et un masque de nuit.
Ps: les croissants 🥐 sont très bons.
Chambre non insonorisée, le matin vous entendez le personnel discuter et une sonnerie constamment. Et heureusement pour moi je ne me sert pas du bidet car il y avait encore des poils pubiens dessus 👎.
Ma fille qui était dans une autre chambre elle n’a pas pu dormir.

Malheureusement je n avais pas lu les commentaires sur cet établissement attentivement … effectivement cet établissement n héberge pas que des familles… bien au contraire ! mais loue bien des chambres à l heure ( comme il est déjà dit dans d autres commentaires… ) je vous passe les détails, impossible de dormir de toute la nuit.
Le matin on entend le personnel parler très fort, des bruits de vaisselle et j en passe
Aucune insonorisation, tout ce petit monde vit dans votre chambre.
En clair ce n est pas un hôtel pour dormir mais pour recevoir ..
helaas het voldeed niet aan mijn verwachtingen
- Kamer ruikt naar rook.
- Je krijgt nergens een bon van (ontbijt)
- vraag je om een taxi krijg je een prive persoon ipv een bedrijf (weer geen bon)
- Bed was hard, WC bril zat los en de douche afvoer stroomde over.
- En het pand was heel erg gehorig/veel lawaai
-WIFI geen idee kreeg ik niet aan geboden.
