Pros:

Amazing location and a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to prepare meals in the kitchen.

The shared bathroom and toilet facilities were not an issue at all. There were two bathrooms, one shower room with toilets, so there was always enough availability.

It's also conveniently located close to lovely pubs, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Liverpool.

Was ok, not sure it was worth what we paid though.
Pros:

There were free refreshments in the fridge/ tea/coffee. It was in city centre.

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot. We were top floor, it did have a fan but in 30c heat it didn’t do anything. I found it hard to sleep because of this.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The whole thing was absolutely spot on, to be honesty at the price point I didn't have the greatest expectations anyway but any I did have were vastly exceeded, it's a great location, the room even for a budget room was big enough and the facilities on site were brilliant, a fully stocked fridge in the communal kitchen with water and soft drinks was a bonus I wasn't expecting at all so that was a lovely suprise.

Cons:

Maybe a black out blind or curtains due to the proximity to the street lighting would be one thing I'd suggest.

Pros:

Clean comfortable and very near everything spotlessly clean

Cons:

Wish i would have not been on top floor as disabled but my own fault should have realised and could have booked a lower floor

Kitchen facilities were really good, we didn’t expect so much to be provided

Cons:

The rooms were extremely hot, given the extreme temperatures we were experiencing at the time it would’ve been good to have a fan or something because as soon as one person entered the room it heated up like a sauna due to the size of the room and small windows

Other people using the guesthouse were very noisy. Even though signs around the corridors state to be quiet after certain hours.

Clean, great location would deffo go back :)
Pros:

Location is great, the place was super clean and a well stocked kitchen full of tea & Coffee. Great breakfast can be found next door. Was super affordable and great for a big group. Late checkout was awesome amazing!!

Cons:

Not very sound proof (this didn’t affect us as we were out till late anyway but if you are a light sleeper suggest some earbuds)
