Pros:

None

Cons:

Fraud. Everything was closed even though it was advertised as open. The road is horrible, staff didn’t even bothered to help us out when we contacted them. Definitely requesting a refund

Incredible property in a great area situated atop of a hill overlooking the Valle!
Pros:

We loved the views and the feeling of the ultimate glamping hotel retreat. This place is not a hotel for everyone but it's very special and very cool. If you like staff and room service, personal check-in might not be for you. We liked that we could keep to ourselves and when we wanted service go to the pool. The room was very clean and nice linens, beds were very comfy. Absolutely loved the access to Encuentro pool and hot tub which was actually hot! That really made our stay!

Cons:

A few things to be improved would be add Nespresso machines in each room. Not easy to get coffee in the morning. The windows needed cleaning badly. Wifi didn't really work but we were not there to get online, so was not too big of deal. We wished the hot tub was open until 10, because it would be amazing to watch the stars after dinner.
