Poor service
Pros:

The place was overall was nice.

Cons:

The poor service.
We had to go ourselves to get toilet paper and towels, we asked for it but didn't get it.
The door key didn't work and they didn't fix it.
It said food service until 9pm, we got there around 7:30pm and didn't have many choices, poor quantity, and when we wanted to get something additional before 8pm they said there's nothing left.

En este lugar conectas con la naturaleza y descansas.
Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio, tiene un acabado rustico pero muy acogedor, la naturaleza combina con su estilo. El Servicio 10/10 es excelente. La comida deliciosa. Recomiendo este lugar y me gustaria volver en algun otro momento.

Pros:

Fue una estadia hermosa. Con mi familia nos pudimos relajar todo el fin de semana. El desayuno estuvo espectacular y las instalaciones las pudimos utilizar sin ninguna complicacion. La habitacion de lo mas acogedora posible como el trato del personal.

La piscina no era temperada y justo fuimos en epoca fria

Encontramos en varias ocasiones cucarachas en la habitación. Para el costo del lugar deberían tener más cuidado con ese tipo de cosas.

Pros:

we stayed 5 days and we visited with my family all of our favorites beaches around like los frailes, olon, montañita, ayangue.
after spending the day on the beach, coming back to the hotel was super relaxing. our room had a super comfy bed and the view of our room was amazing. the staff is very kind and always hav a smile for u. the breakfast was always fresh and tasty. my daugther enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. beautiful place!!

Really like it just a few small things could be better but definitely worth the stay

Not comming back.
Pros:

The view was ok. Loved the resident cat.

Cons:

Our room was way too hot, the A/C wasn't big enough to cool it down. When I called the front desk they had the audacity to ask me if I even knew how to operate the remote. We had several leaks in our room, after reporting them they just ignored my request. In the pictures it looks like this property is right in front of the beach, which is absolutely not true. The nearest beach entrance is like 1 KM away. For a place that charges $300 a night they at least should have a 24h kitchen, they don't even offer one.

Pros:

Breakfast was very yummy and big. The setting was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and pristine, and the gardens were well-kept and extensive. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We liked how safe and private it felt.

Cons:

It is pricey considering you MUST drive into town (Olon) to get to the beach (it's across the highway and down a little ways). The facilities felt a little abandoned in some places (swingset was coming apart, for example). But the gardens were very well kept and the interior was very clean.
