The campus is an incredibly beautiful place!
the room is clean and cozy. I really enjoyed staying there and i definitely want to go back there.
The staff is very responsive and even allowed me to stay longer, gave me a free late checkout.
Great helpful staff, the room is clean and spacious.
Well, it's basically a student campus.
Walls are thin-ish, and whatever is happening in the proximity of the room - you can hear very well - whether it's a sneeze of a neighbour or people having conversation in a parking lot.
All the lights in the room are also cold/blueish white.
The property is safe, comfortable and budget friendly. I came here after a long night at Luna beach club, I reached this place safely and very conveniently with a Grab bike
Great location next to Nuana for those who want affordable, comfortable lodging.
I went to Nuanu City for an evening and this place is very close, just 5mn drive from the main entrance. It is actually a very nice and modern Culiner campus with a nice garden around it. The deluxe bed is nice and the mattress is very good.
Unless you go to Nuanu city, it can be far from everything.
First of all the windows in the room has to open and people has to see outside.
We understand the concept of your property but seeing outside is more important than interesting concept 👍
I booked this property after I was let down by another property in the area. I think this a pretty nice accommodation and don’t understand the negative comments. It’s super clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable with good working AC.
I agree it seems weird that it’s on the grounds of the university but seeing as it’s a hospitality university, I believe the staff are probably also students so it’s a good way for them to get practical experience.
The location may not be ideal if you don’t have your own mode of transport, but I was on my bike so it was fine. I was able to get to restaurants, shops etc. If you’re on foot, it probably isn’t the best place for you as there isn’t really anything nearby. However, it’s still easy to order a Grab taxi to the location or even order online food deliveries.
I had to leave early in the morning so didn’t get to experience any grass cutting or whatever the other reviews mention.
Oh another odd thing is that all the rooms say they’re on a boat - this is not the case, it’s just a normal concrete building but the windows are like port holes 😅 I think it’s because they train the students for cruises ..?
All in all I had a lovely experience here for one night :)
I thought the room was average
First of all, this place is inside the University grounds!!! I never knew that. There wasn't a reception desk with someone manning it. They had an old security guard who gave me my key, didn't help me with my heavy luggage, didn't speak English and my room was on the second floor and no elevator. I got in my room and then as I was unpacking, 15 mins later i hear a knock at the door and he asked me to move to a different room. It was alrady like 4 pm so i was tired from the day which started at 630 am. The room had a some packets of tea and coffee which i wanted but no creamer packets so i couldnt have my coffee. Afterwards I came down to see if they offer service to Tanah lot (the only touristy thing to do in that area) and he couldn't help me bc of the language barrier. But i kept saying taxi but he couldn't get me one. It was so frustrating that this place was inside a university and not close to any food or amenities. I never saw sunset at Tanah lot. By the time I got one of the students to help me get a taxi, sunset was over.
