Cons:

A recepção era pouco proativa e só repetia que eu não havia feito a reserva com eles e portanto teria que falar com o intermediador do Booking o que gerou muitos transtornos para entrar em contato com eles (inclusive para pedir uma touca de plástico teria que seguir essa burocracia)

Amei o local e voltaria outras vezes.
Pros:

O flat é muito bem localizado, porém a vista é de prédios vizinhos e a vista do lago é bem parcial. Tem ferro de passar roupas, toalhas, cobertor quentinho e secador no banheiro, o chuveiro é uma delícia. Dá pra ir e voltar a pé pro Mané Garrincha, coisa de 15 min e tem posto de gasolina com conveniência, mercado e bares bem próximo. O processo de check in e out é bem tranquilo, a recepção do hotel é bem rápida e simpática, nenhuma reclamação.

Cons:

No segundo dia a descarga parou de funcionar do nada, e ao levantar a tampa do vaso pra secar a água do baldinho, tinha sujeira antiga. Seria bom se houvesse um filtro de água no flat ou uma garrafa de água mineral disponível na chegada.
