Die Lage war gut, direkte Busanbindung, oder halt 15 min. zu Fuß bis zur Galataturm.
Die Wohnung war super sauber, ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen.

Leider war es sehr sehr dreckig im Apartment. Auf nachfrage haben wir zwar eine Reinigung erhalten, jedoch hat dies an der Tatsache nichts geändert fazit genauso so wie vorher. Fettflecken in der Küche. Vom Bad möchte ich garnicht anfangen..

Неплохой вариант для пребывания на 3-5 дней, когда путешествуете компанией и требуется несколько раздельных спален.
Pros:

Просторная квартира со всеми удобствами, имеется две ванные комнаты и отдельная терраса. Очень спасало наличие большого холодильника и стиральной машины

Cons:

Было очень темно в зоне гостиной и кухни, хотелось бы добавить освещение. Расположение объекта было на узкой улице, на которой сложно было найти такси, приходилось подниматься к круговой дорожной развязке

Pros:

Очень уютно и достаточно много места. Хозяин быстро реагировал на сообщения и привозил в дом все что требовалось. Уборку просили раз в неделю это было бесплатно, тогда же меняли белье и полотенца

TBH, for the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for more- granted we were on a steep hill but most of the city is steep hills anyway.

Praktische Lage. Einkaufs-&Essensmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nachbarschaft.
Bettwäsche und Bad waren sauber.
Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler vorhanden.
Mayer-Team hat auf Anfragen zeitnah geantwortet.
Zum Beispiel funktioniere der Wasserkocher nicht - bei unserer Rückkehr stand ein neuer vor der Tür. Die zerbrochene Scheibe im Bad soll aufgrund unseres Hinweises zeitnah erneuert werden.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat leider einige Reparaturen bzw Austausch nötig. In einem Zimmer fiel der Putz von der Decke. Im Wohnzimmer sind die Polster der Möbel ziemlich verschmutzt. Die Küche war leider sehr klebrig/dreckig. Der Wäscheständer und Küchenutensilien nutzbar, aber zerbrochen/angeschlagen.

Laut Beschreibung sollten Backofen&Microwelle vorhanden sein, gab es aber nicht. War kein großes Problem, ist nur schade, wenn es in der Beschreibung steht und dann nicht da ist.

Und die meisten Lampen sind wirklich sehr dunkel.
Könnte alles mit kleinem Aufwand wieder in top Zustand versetzt werden - wäre schön, da die Wohnung wirklich Potential hat.
