My stay in this condo is unpleasant experience.
Pros:

I did not like the place.

Cons:

The initial unit I stayed in is infested with cockroaches. The caretaker moved me to another unit. However, the air condition is situated above the bed leaked water causing the mattress to be soaked and wet. With the bed wet and unable to be slept in, my sister-in law opted to check in to a nearest hotel. In addition, the toilet has no seat cover which made me uncomfortable to use the bathroom. Moreover, the caretaker asked me foe P1,000 as security deposit. To this day, I am still waiting to be reimbursed as I provided him name and account number pertinent to reimbursement.
