Relaxing in paradise
Pros:

Pros:

Perfect location. The best staff always making sure we have everything we need. We were spending all days swimming, snorkeling and kayaking.

We highly recommend Mystic Sands!!
Pros:

This property is very comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. The staff, Peta and Mau, were very helpful and accommodating with transportation to town for shopping and dinner. The owner, Kjell, was fantastic. We enjoyed conversation and learning about the culture of Tonga. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. The reef was just off the boat dock. It is a beautiful, healthy reef with many species of fish and coral. The bay was perfect for kayaking. Thank you to Mystic Sands for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Lovely breakfast every morning
Relaxing nice deck with awsome view into habour.
Little wharf with tropical fish to look at.
Kayaks are available to use,
We did and it was great.
Snorkeling was really good straight out front.

We definitely will be comming back

Pros:

very friendly staff, nice location, high quality infrastructure, free airport transfer

Cons:

comfortable deck chairs were missing, unfortunately the cook became ill and we had to be driven to the nearby town to eat

The best place we stayed at in Tonga
Pros:

A welcoming and relaxed setting.
Room was spacious, clean and well appointed and the grounds and facilities well maintained.
Friendly and unobtrusive service from an attentive team.
Location is also sheltered from trade winds.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say about this place.

Very unique isolated escape
Pros:

Mystic sands is a very quiet, almost isolated mini resort away from just about everything

Cons:

The area has a local dog problem, it feels incredibly unsafe if you want to go for walks. Proven by 2 people being bitten whilst we stayed in the area. Not Mystic sands fault tho

Exceptional, kind hosts in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mystic Sands. The owners and staff are lovely and made a huge effort for us.
The location is very pretty and you can snorkel off the jetty.

Cons:

The property is a long way out of town i.e. 20 minutes by car. You really need to hire a car to enjoy it.

A perfect place to connect and relax
Pros:

Peta aand Mau were attentive and responsive to all of our needs on behalf of the owners. It was a relaxing place to stay with the ability to snorkel, swim and kayak from the wharf. We would stay again in a eartbeat.
