Cons:

The ceiling fan was very noisy. In the end, I chose to sleep without the fan.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast, room clean and everything working. A little away from the centre, 30 mins walk but there aee buses free of charge. In all, a very good stay and good value for money

Excellent hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and location is good for commuting to downtown Lugano

Cons:

If one thing that needs to be brought up so the hotel can be better is the WiFi connection, which has to be at least password protected, Having MFA is even better. Currently hotel only provides unsecured WiFi which is a security risk for customers to use the network. The information on customer’s electronic device could be accessed by hackers unexpectedly.

El personal es muy amable, todos ellos. Ayudaron en todo. Es muy cómo do poder cenar allí y el desayuno incluido se aprecia.. La habitación individual es grande. todo muy bien

Cons:

Hay que tener suerte de encontrar parking. Quizás fue por el horario que llegué. Al final encontré con ayuda del personal.

Cons:

camere rumorose, sia per quanto riguarda i rumori interni che quelli esterni.
la scala per arrivare al primo piano dove avevamo la nostra stanza è veramente datata con moquette vecchia di decine di anni.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit netten Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Das ist zum einen gut, da man die im Hotelpreis enthaltende Buslinie benutzen kann. Jedoch ist die Lärmbelästigung dadurch nicht gering. Da es sich auch an einer Spitzkehre befindet, sind die Verkehrsgeräusche schon lauter, da die Fahrzeuge dort beschleunigen.
Das Frühstück ist gut, wenn man keine Wurst erwartet. Süßspeisen und Käse ist vorhanden.
Unser Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. War bei den Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Deshalb hat man den Eindruck, dass es nicht ganz sauber ist.

Precio-calidad muy bueno.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la habitación es pequeña pero para una estancia corta está bien. Es muy facil llegar en autobus. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más cosas.

Great breakfast and amazing location. Just a few steps from the bus stop to well-connected routes and to views of the lake.

Cons:

No AC, but they did provide ceiling fan and electric fan.
