Great staff, great facilities, excellent vibes, would stay again
Pros:

Really really lovely staff, and the room was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

Only critique is that the blackout curtains could have been a little big larger so as to completely cover the window, but easily manageable if you use the paper clip trick!

Nice small family run hotel but not in the centre of Lugano
Pros:

The hotel itself is absolutely fine for those travelling on a budget. It is very pleasant with a cafe downstairs and nice friendly staff. My room was bright and clean although a little small and also looked out onto a wall (not the lake). But this is a good affordable option if you are staying for a few days and don't mind not being in the centre of Lugano and either walking or taking buses to get anywhere.

Cons:

The main problem for me was the location. I was only in Lugano for 24 hours and so should have booked somewhere closer to the centre of the town. This hotel is further away from the centre than I had expected and hence required taking a bus or a 30 minute plus walk to get there. This is more my mistake than the hotel's but just so people booking this property are aware.

Weekend a Lugano!
Pros:

Struttura un po’ decentrata dal centro di Lugano ma vicino c’è la fermata degli autobus in convenzione con l’hotel (da richiedere l’attivazione del pass).
Colazione nella media, camera un po’ datata, da ammodernare. Staff molto disponibile e gentile

Geräumige Zimmer

Cons:

Unsere Klimaanlage ging nur bis 25 Grad und nicht tiefer. Das Hotelpersonal war aber bemüht, uns zu helfen und hat uns noch einem Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hotel mit Aussicht und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb von Lugano City, aber mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in 2min zu Fuss erreicht.
Die Zimmer haben für uns gepasst. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten.
Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zu beachten ist, dass wir kein Lift gsehen haben. Wir haben die Zimmer über die Treppe erreicht. Wer nicht mehr gut zu Fuss ist sollte zuerst abklären, ob ein Lift vorhanden ist (vielleicht haben wir diesen nicht gesehen).
Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist gut. Lage gut, nicht zu weit von Lugano entfernt. Gute Anbindung an ÖV. Preis Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Toilette war bei Anreise nicht so sauber. Man hat den Vorgänger so zu sagen noch gesehen 😂
Die Fugen an der Dusche Schimmelbildung.

Pros:

Essen gut, nettes personal. 1 dopoelzmmer mit balkon srhr schön

Cons:

Zimmer etwas lärmig, 1 zimmer mit null ausdicht, nur steinwand vor dem fenster, man musste die vorhänge ziehen, damit niemand reinschaut

Chambre petite mais propre.

Cons:

Erreur sur la chambre réservée et confirmée par téléphone. Chambre donnée extrêmement bruyante donnant directement sur la route très passante, peu de pression d'eau. Au lieu de reconnaître son erreur de réservation, le réceptionniste a préféré adopter un ton moqueur, ce qui a rendu la situation d'autant plus désagréable.
