Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns super, da es eine schöne saubere Gegend ist , eher ruhiger gelegen und nur ein kurzen Fußweg vom See entfernt liegt.
Es war außerdem von Vorteil dass im Untergeschoss ein Hoteleigenes Restaurant ist :)
Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ebenso Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Unterkunft. Von dort kommt man in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir würden wieder hier her kommen!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

Pros:

Das Hotel inklusive Zimmer und Restaurant waren super. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir haben in Ruhe gut geschlafen. Gute Ausstattung und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und vielseitig, was ich bei einem kleinen Hotel nicht erwartet hatte.

Pros:

Piccolo hotel pulito ,camera essenziale , con aria condizionata , vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per andare a Lugano centro. Lo staff gentile e cordiale , buona la colazione. Vi viene dato alla reception un biglietto gratuito per il bus così potete non usare l'auto.

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore un po scomodo se si ha una valigia grande.

Gute Lage für wenige Tage
Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und tolle Lage in der Nähe vom See, sowie zum Monte Brè (aber Achtung: keine Geschäfte in der Nähe). Die Bushaltestelle ist aber fast direkt vor der Tür und der ÖPNV ist mit der Ticino Karte, die man an der Rezeption erhalten kann kostenlos. Ich kann eine Wanderung entlang des Sees (Sentiero di Gandria) wärmstens empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, ohne Tische/Stühle oder Mülleimer im Zimmer (nur ein kleiner im Bad). Zudem ist alles etwas altbacken und der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert (kein Bild). Die Decke liegt gefaltet auf der Ablage statt auf dem Bett, was ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen konnte.

Zudem sind die Wände sehr (!) dünn. Wenn jemand im Zimmer nebenan ins Bad geht, hat man das Gefühl, dass die Person bei einem im Zimmer steht - ich bin tatsächlich mehrfach erschrocken und wach geworden. Auch zeigt das Zimmer direkt in Richtung Gasse. Bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas unangenehm, weil öfters Leute dran vorbeilaufen. Leider gab es nicht das beworbene "Einzelzimmer mit Bergblick".

Frühstück hat mich jetzt auch nicht überzeugt, da könnte die Auswahl ruhig etwas größer sein.

Heel aangenaam knus hotel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn heel mooi gerenoveerd. Het ontbijt was fantastisch ! Zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker.

Cons:

3 km te voet van Lugano maar met de bus die vlak aan hotel stopt gaat dit heel snel.

Biglietti per mezzi pubblici gratis, ottima colazione , parcheggio nelle vicinanze a 10€ al giorno, cortesia e disponibilità alla reception.

Pros:

The lady at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. Great first impression. The location is good, a short walk from the city center downhill and there are plenty of buses to take you uphill. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are very clean.
