Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut , Lage war sehr gut , wenn man direkt mit dem Bus weiter zum wandern möchte oder in die Stadt mit OEV und auch laufen war möglich. Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Abendsonne kann man noch im Aussenbereich geniessen, wenn es das Wetter / Kleidung zulässt.

Cons:

Schon ein kleines auch altes Einzelzimmer - aber alles war sauber und hatte ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Aufgrund des alters gibt es noch physische Schlüssel, die natürlich etwas unhandlich sind.

Pros:

Charmantes, kleines Hotel etwas ausserhalb gelegen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und das Frühstück war toll. In Gehdistanz befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, ab welcher die Altstadt und das Zentrum gut erreichbar sind.

zeer gastvrij en persoonlijk welkom. Ook fijn dat de kamer eerder klaar was dan verwacht.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Restaurant. Gut gelegen für Exkursionen Olivenweg. Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Pros:

La climatisation, le personnel

Cons:

* Bruit de la route : un triple vitrage serait nécessaire pour une bonne isolation.
* Bruit de machines : la deuxième nuit, un bourdonnement/vibration se faisait entendre toutes les 10 minutes.
* Évacuation de la douche défectueuse : l’eau ne s’écoule pas correctement.
* Vue décevante : sur des maisons en face (ruelle), alors que les photos de réservation montraient une vue partielle sur les toits et le lac.
* Store à lamelles sur le balcon cassé, obligeant à fermer les rideaux et allumer la lumière pour préserver l’intimité.
* Emplacement éloigné du centre-ville (au pied du Monte Brè) : accès au lac peu pratique (beaucoup de marches à descendre ou bus nécessaire pour rejoindre Lugano).
* Absence de poubelle dans la chambre.
* Pas de machine à café ni de bouilloire.
* Aucune décoration dans la chambre, ambiance très basique.

Conclusion :
À mon avis, cet établissement ne correspond pas à un standard 3 étoiles. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels 3 étoiles au Tessin, celui-ci est en dessous des attentes.
