Ganske fint ophold.
Pros:

Venligt personale og vand i køleskabet.

Cons:

Værelset trængte til en del reparationer, blandt andet blandingsbatteri som sad løst og vinduer, som ikke kunne åbnes.

MINUNAT. Camera superba. Ni s-a facut si upgrate la una cu balcon. Micul dejun foarte delicios tip bufet pe gustul tuturor. Mereu daca se termina un aliment aduceau înlocuiri. Patul foarte confortabil. Biletul de autobuz pentru ziua check-out ului este cea mai minunată chestie de o puteau include, mai ales ca e relativ scump transportul in Lugano. Autobuzele vin foarte des in zona.

Schönes kleines Hotel in der Vorstadt
Pros:

Schönes kleines Hotel in der Fußgängerzone eines Vororts von Lugano. Freundlicher Empfang und schönes Zimmer mit funktionierendem WLAN und einem kleinen Kühlschrank, sodass man auch etwas einkaufen und aufbewahren konnte. Der leise Deckenventilator hat für einen angenehmen Luftzug gesorgt. Einen Adapter für mein Laptop-Ladekabel habe ich an der Rezeption kostenfrei bekommen. Man bekommt außerdem ein sog. "Ticino-Ticket", mit dem man den ÖPNV im ganzen Tessin kostenlos in Anspruch nehmen kann, so kann man zum Beispiel nach Locarno (und von dort mit dem Schiff nach Magadino), Mendrisio oder Ponte Tresa fahren. Der Bus kommt alle Viertelstunde und man ist damit in knapp 10 Minuten mitten in Lugano. Beim Frühstück konnte man draußen in der Fußgängerzone sitzen und von dort den Verkehr auf der Bergstraße beobachten und bei günstiger Positionierung auch einen Blick auf den Luganersee erhaschen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für Lugano super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mir etwas zu italienisch, es gab z.B. kein Gemüse und nur eine kleine Wurst- und Käseauswahl. Unter der Woche wurde das Buffet von einer Mitarbeiterin allein gemanagt, das hat zu etwas Verzögerung beim Auffüllen gesorgt; am Wochenende kam dann eine zweite Mitarbeiterin dazu und es ging deutlich schneller. Dafür wurde dann aus der heißen Schokolade ein Schokoladenpudding, der aber trotzdem lecker war. Deutsch konnte man nicht (das schien mir in Lugano, anders als etwa in Ascona, auch kaum verbreitet zu sein), Englisch klappte aber gut. Nachts kommt man nur durch einen Hintereingang ins Hotel, wofür man einen Code braucht, den man sich anfangs notieren sollte. Unter der Woche ist auf der nahen Bergstraße relativ viel Berufsverkehr nach Lugano.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We were made to feel really welcome, our room was ready even though we arrived early.
Staff were polite and friendly
The food including breakfast was good.
We were in a good location, very well priced for the area.

Cons:

No direct on site parking, but it was facilitated just across the road from the hotel and in a good place.

Man fühlt sich wie zuhause
Pros:

Alles super. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da.
Positiv:
- Hunde sind willkommen
- unkompliziertes mieten von Stand up paddle
- sauber
- sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal

Cons:

Es gibt keine eigenen Hotelparkplätze, jedoch genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Vom Hotel kriegt man gratis noch ÖV Tickets und sie registrieren das Nummernschild, sodass man auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen keine Busse bekommt - also daher auch wieder alles positiv :-)
