Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, Anfangsproblem sofort erledigt. Lage des Hotels perfekt für Altstadtbesuch.

Cons:

Baustellenlärm am Morgen direkt vor dem Haus. Aber akzeptabel bei dem Zimmerpreis.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen Stadthotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, in Fußnähe zum Bahnhof, schöne Geschäfte und Restaurants gleich beim Hotel bzw. in der Königstr., wir hatten ein ruhiges, helles (2 große Fenster), gemütliches Zimmer, für ein Stadthotel ausreichend groß, alles hat gepaßt, gut funktionierende Heizung, bequeme Betten, Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Frühstücksraum sehr schön (mit Dachterrasse). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Ubicación excelente

La ubicación y el personal tan resolutivo y dado a complacernos.

Cons:

El primer día pedí que no me cambiaran las toallas pero sí que me hicieran la habitación y no vaciaron ni las papeleras pero al día siguiente,todo perfecto.

Ich mag das Hotel einfach und war deshalb 2x bereits dort. Hier ein paar Gründe:

- Sehr zentral
- Sehr freundliches und vor allem lösungsorientertes Personal
- Fühlte mich sicher und wohl
- Das Frühstück war gut - ob es 20 Euro wert ist, kann ich nicht so recht beurteilen. Aber es reicht um satt zu werden und das Ambiente ist nett.
- Es gab Wasser auf dem Zimmer
- Kissen sind gut
- Sauber und hübsch renoviert

Hotel können wir empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf Innenstadtnähe legt.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig in der Innenstadt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer verfügt über kostenloses W-Lan. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Es war sauber.

Cons:

Es würde sich besser schlafen, wenn die Matratzen einen Topper bekämen und man die Inkontinenzunterlage nicht spüren würde. Außerdem finde ich es erstaunlich, dass sich keine passende Brille für die Toilette gefunden hat und man dadurch mehr auf dem Beckenrand sitzen musste. Zum Parken sollte man gleich in das Parkhaus Katharinenhof fahren. Es ist nicht weit entfernt und vor dem Haus kann man nur schlecht halten.

Perseh schön aber Verbesserungswürdig

Das Frühstück ist preislich nicht gerechtfertigt
Unser Zimmer hatte leider einige Mängel ( Rollo nicht vorhanden ) Heizung defekt.

Was mich viel mehr aufgeregt hat war das um 8.55 uhr das Housekeeping geklopft hat wir schreien " nein danke " und die trotzdem rein kommen.
Ja wir waren selbst schuld haben im Halbschlaf das Schild vergessen ABER ich muss jetzt scjon fragen, wir hätten ja erst im 11 raus sein müssen ,hätten also auch frühstücken sein können und uns dann noch ne std hinlegen.
