Our Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 17 November 2025 for our annual maintenance. Be sure to dove into another season of fun when we reopen on 3 April 2026! A beautiful , luxurious hotel with the best staff ever!
Pros:

From the moment we stepped into the Galaxy, the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Totally spoilt my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. Huge thank you to Elle and her team!
The pool deck was clean and fun, the staff amazing! Big shout out to Jayvee for his excellent service

fantastic my wife birthday stay at Galaxy Macau
Pros:

They upgrade our room to suite probably I told them it's my wife birthday.

suite room was fantastic, large enough for us three, decorated with birthday balloons when we entered room after lunch on arrival day.

they also extended check out time until 5pm.
their service was great. they kindly arranged limousine service to bus terminal for departure.

we decided to choose Galaxy Macau hotel as the rating was very high 9.2 and price was very reasonable for Sunday Monday one night.

we are very happy and want to come back.
