Un bel établissement
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Appartement très bien équipé et bonne literie. Très calme. Restaurant délicieux et ambiance cosy avec une belle déco. Dame de l accueil très gentille .

Cons:

Petit déjeuner relativement décevant pour un tel établissement. Tant au niveau de l accueil que des produits proposés . mais rien de local ( sauf le saucisson ) . C était varié mais trop industriel ( sandwichs, pains, yaourt, ... ) dommage.

Gastvrij, comfortabel, delicaat genieten in de unieke moderne hotelwereld van Le Florentin,
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles vanaf de boeking. Le Florentin mag met recht een design hotel genoemd worden. Dat betekent meestal cliché minimalisme maar hier is een zeer getalenteerd binnenhuisarchitect(e) bezig geweest. Iemand die volumes interessant weet te maken en een uitstekend gevoel voor verlichting heeft. Een uniek kleurenpalet dat ik niet verklap omdat je het moet ervaren. Voor het eerst onder een douche gestaan die aanging met een drukknop. Werkelijk een ontdekking. Plezierig personeel en het restaurant stelde zeker niet teleur. Ze gaan ons hier vaker zien.

Cons:

Zodra je binnen in het hotel bent moet je eigenlijk straf krijgen als je iets te klagen hebt of kunt vinden. Het is wel zo dat het hotel een stijl is die je ligt of niet, als je van rustiek houdt moet je iets anders kiezen. Nee, ik kan werkelijk geen minpunten noemen, wel zou het mooi zijn als zo'n lekker modern en eigenzinnig hotel als dit eenzaam in de bossen zou liggen. Maar ja, direct aan goede wegen naar andere leuke locaties in de Ardennen is ook wat.
