Cons:

Multiple stains on the bedsheets and towels.

Had to repeatedly ask for housekeeping to be done and more than once.

The toilet seat wasn't attached properly and the bathroom drain was clogged so after showering there was always a pool of water.

Was told the TV was broken for months and was to be repaired. Also was told the same about the eftpos machine, but they 'managed to get it working'.

Breakfast was included but wasn't informed about times and when I did order, the milk tea was oily..

Overall room is big and the view is nice but other facilities are questionable. For the price paid, there are better options available.

2nd visit was much better!

Cons:

1st time had to change rooms - big hole above sink
Once settled into new room realized it was poorly cleaned. Floor was always wet in bathroom. Did not complain because too much of a pain to change again.
